Fui el martes 5 de mayo a las 11:30am aprox. la comida y servicio de nuestra mesera muy bien, pero cuando pedí la cuenta a otra mesera que no era la nuestra, está me torció la boca y con muy mala actitud me trajo la cuenta, molesto por la grosería le pregunté si no le gustaba trabajar ahí? Me contestó con una serie de malas palabras e improperios dignos de la más baja educación para finalmente decirme que me largara, después caminando al rededor en voz alta para que todos escucharán gritó: "tenía que ser una loca (gay) la estúpida, todas las locas son problemáticas", le mencioné la situación a mí mesera pero ella solo me dijo que no debí haberle echo la pregunta que le hice (si o le gustaba trabajar ahí) y que por lo tanto era mi culpa. Esta actitud explosiva y DÍSCRMINATORIA ante una pregunta tan simple me genera preocupación de la clase de persona que lidera este negocio. Me encargaré de divulgar ampliamente tan desagradable experiencia en TODOS los medios posibles.

HORRIBLE SERVER AND ESPECIALLY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! My boyfriend and I decided to eat breakfast here and the server had a horrible attitude, her name was Maria. When it was time to pay she overcharged us for our drinks. We asked the cashier why she charged us so much and she called the server over, the server gave my boyfriend a nasty look the entire time and told us "we should have read the menu" while sucking her teeth at us. We did look at the menu and we specifically told her that we just wanted a regular drink. When we spoke to the manager named Walter he made the situation worse! I had to keep repeating myself to him and he didnt seem to much care about our complaint as if we were interrupting him. He told us that we should have read the menu and that they only had large drinks, he also commented that he didnt care about us reporting him to corporate and we did not have the freedom of speech in "HIS" restaurant. A complaint that was so small and stupid turned into my boyfriend and I calling corporate. The manager and especially the server needs to be fired! I sincerely hope corporate does something about this before this IHOP runs out of business. I really wish Google could let me give this joke of a restaurant 0 stars! Walter was one of the worst managers that I ever met, he treated us as if we were stupid and gave an attitude to my boyfriend and I the entire time with his broken down English. We should have went to Dennys instead, we never have a problem there.

Siempre que voy a Miami, hago la parada obligatoria de ir a IHOP pero no cualquier IHOP sino especificamente este en 5175 NW 36 th Street. Ya tengo tanto tiempo que voy que conozco a los muchachos que trabajan alli como si fueran familia. Maria, Shirley, Jorge, Jessie, Veronica, Valeria por mencionar algunos. Siempre recibo el trato mas cordial y amable que se puede pedir. La comida excelente en el nivel de estandar de IHOP y nunca he tenido problemas de ningun tipo en cuanto a la calidad , porciones y sabor de la comida. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.!

My girlfriend and I stopped in late at night after checking in at a nearby hotel. The food was average, the same as any other IHOP. The prices were reasonable and the food came out in an average time frame. The service was terrible. We hardly saw the waitress, which was odd since there was only one other table with people and the remainder of the restaurant was empty. The waitress spoke a few words of broken English and it was almost impossible to communicate. She came around to take our orders, deliver the drinks / take our food order at the same time, and to deliver the food. Later on, she dropped the bill on the table while passing by en route to the other table. There was another waitress sitting around and she kept watching us. She seemed annoyed that we were there...we were probably interrupting her nap time. The service was terrible. The quality of the food was average. If youre in the area late at night when everyplace else is closed, this place is still feasible as long as you dont mind rudeness and being ignored. At least the food came out hot.

We have never been treated so disrespectfully in a restaurant the way we were treated there. 1. Ive been to ihops in more than 2 states and always order the 2x2x2 and change the meat for something else, either a toast or biscuits and gravy. The server didnt even let me finish asking and with a very rude tone would just say: no, you cant, no you cant have it. 2. My aunt ordered the combo which is half a sandwich with a salad. the price was written in the menu. She told the waitress she would have the sandwich only, not the salad. The waitress just stared at her and said: its 7.29. 3. My mom and my aunt dont speak english. The waitress was latina, my mom and my aunt would talk to her in spanish, she would reply in english. she refused to talk to us in spanish. she went to the next table and spoke spanish with the other customers. she went to the kitchen and you could hear her speaking as loud as it can be with the other waitress. 4. I am never going back to that restaurant, i do not recommend it and I am calling the manager to make a complaint.

My family and I went to this IHOP Oct. 22. The waitress named Margarita didnt adequately attend to our table. She reached over our food multiple times which is unsanitary as we were trying to eat. She continued to reach over us to pass food to other members of my family instead of walking around the table until she was nicely asked to not do so by a family member. There were other employees standing behind our table talking and texting not helping her serve a table of 9. They talked and ignored us but continued to talk to each other. When asked if we can speak with management they said management was gone for the day. As we were paying an employee named Jorge sat at the front beside the hostess stand on Facebook. Then the waitress came up to hostess as we were paying trying to talk to him while were paying our bill. We informed him that they can talk after we leave; we need to be a priority because we are paying guest. I will never eat at this IHOP again and I would not recommend this IHOP!!!!

Por demora en un vuelo tuve que alojarme en la cercanía, tarde y sin auto no tenía muchas opciones y fui...desastre total , mesa sucia la moza se equivocó o se olvidó y vino a la media hora a que le repita que había pedido....solo dijo que se demoraría "a little more....." Que fue otra media hora...mientras tanto en todas las mesas rechazaban los pedidos por estar mal servidos o no ser lo que los comensales pidieron. Muy mal este iHOP , encima sugieren propina...

The hostess told us waiting time was 5 to 10 minutes and then confused us and crossed us off as being seated. We were right in front of her, so instead of asking our name again, she waited until we complained that people coming in after us were being seated. She admitted that she realized we were there waiting for a long time and she was trying to remember the name and when I told her what it was, thats when she told me what she did. After all that, our waitress seemed nice but it didnt mean she was going to be fast. In the end, they took forever to bring our food out, to get drink refills but were quick to bring the bill. I hope others have a better experience than we did at this IHOP. We will definitely not be visiting this one again.
