Ive visited this restaurant before in the past, many years ago, and figured I could treat my son, nephew, and mom to dinner. Well, I had to wait for fresh fried chicken and other items while I waited. As I was eating my chicken, my mom, who was sitting across from me noticed there were feathers still on the chicken. To my surprise, there were not 1 or 2 there was a wing of feathers on this wing if meat. I called the waiter over and showed her what I was experiencing. She snickered and went to the back to get the manager. After a few minutes of waiting, a supervisor showed up to my table with an attitude ready to be confrontational rather than remorseful about how poor of a cleaning job her employees were doing. I ask her what is she could do to compensate me or how do she plan to keep this from happening. She stated "it is the distributors fault" and "she will go in the back and fry me some chicken". I explained to her that "I did not want to eat any more chicken if that is the way this restaurant is going to serve their food". The supervisor began to be loud with me causing a notice to what I was disputing. I was already embarrassed to know that I ate food that was not properly clean. After a few minutes of going back and forth I asked for her name and a number that I could speak to someone. Well, I called the next day to speak to a manager and she told her employee that she was busy and to call her later. This experience sums it up for me at Golden Corral. To think of the amount of service they get, appreciation would be the least they try to give unsatisfied customers. BTW this happened 03/21/2016.

It was the first and last time I visited this restaurant to celebrate with my family (7 people) on my moms bday and it was the worst desicion of my life, the food was very salty because nobody could repeat including roast chicken was salty, Today 07/04/2013 I call to the restaurat and talk to the maneger and tell you just said thank you to cook ... WOOW HUM NICE! ... Era la primera y ultima vez que visitaba ese restaurante para celebrar con mi familia (7 personas) el bday de mi mama y fue la peor desicion de my vida la comida estaba bien salada nadie pudo repetir ya que incluyendo el pollo asado estaba salado,Hoy 4/7/2013 llame al restaurate y hable con el maneger y el solo dijo gracias le dire al cocinero... WOOW NICE HUM!!!

Went on 112015 a total mess!!!!!!! Just for start waitress brougt the dishes and fork also the spoons DIRTY!!!!!! With old food on it unbeliable. Food was terrible no much variety of meat for the price my advice is simple DO NOT GO IN THERE!!! El camarero trajo los platos y cubiertos. A la mesa y estaban sucios llenos de comida vieja increible que mala higiene y la comida ni hablar super mala la carne de la parrilla cruda completamente adentro. Y bueno no habia mas carne mucho vegetal y ensalada esto fue para almuerzo Le doy una estrella porque no tienen nada mas bajo. No se merecen ni esa.

La comida muy buena pero estoy ahora en la hora del cierre iveo Cómo votan Toda esa comida Habiendo tanta pobreza no solamente en el mundo sino aquí mismo en Miami deberían tener conciencia y si no quieren regalar la comida que sobra a los pobres aunque sea a esta hora Qué son las 9 de la noche deberían hacer una venta para pobres que por dos dólares tres dólares se pueden llevar todo lo que sobra de comida en un taper para así darle de comer a alguien más sinceramente estoy mirando como desperdician la cantidad de verduras y frutas arroz carnes sopas postres muchísimo que alguien le hace falta

I eat at GC often but after this last experience I will not. They advertise BBQ short spare ribs...well they dont know how to cook them and the quality of the ribs is the worst...grissle and fat...blocked off by about a four inch by four inch serving that the grill man plops on the grill for a minute. They dont know how to make the wings either...and this particular outlet lets you wait for the steak for about 15 minutes if you want well done...thats hard for a senior with arthritis to stand up for. I notice they are doing the corporate america move ... giving you less than usual but prices are higher than last year...by less i mean no whole fried shrimp ... used to be there for dinner alla time..now only weekends when price is near fourteen dollars. Oh, and they have the balls to want almost twelve..i repeat twelve dollars for their breakfast buffet....ridiculous....who would pay that...when i tried to get a good breakfast they was empty because no one in their right mind would pay that.

I have come to this restaurant many times before. This is the first time that I have felt this restaurant is completely horrible and ridiculous. When I had a complaint I went to one of the managers on duty at the time instead of taking my complaint seriously the only thing he can say is oh we knew the fryer was out but everything else should be okay but it was not. He went to another manager to help accommodate me finally and she offered to give me to dinner rolls with no butter. I have been seated at my table for over 49 minutes before I had to stop my waitress and ask for a refill on my drink. The worst part about this you had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for each fried hot item to come out. Sadly to say this is not the Golden Corral I knew. I will never visit this one again. Hate is such a strong word but I can truly say I hated my experience today. They definitely need new management. I usually dont post reviews but this is necessary it is a must!!!!!

I wish I wouldve read all the "1" starred ratings first. This is the worst Golden Corral Ive ever visited. The fried fish tasted like they fried some other type of meat in the oil, because it tasted like sausage and it was all broken up, not the normal sized fillet nuggets you get from every other Golden Corral. The decor looks likes it needs to be renovated ...old carpet, old seating, it looks grim from the moment you step inside. The mac and cheese looked dry. The mashed potatoes were thick and clumpy ...which I liked, although thats not how theyre supposed to be made - someone was lazy. Poor quality overall - as far as the food goes. It didnt look right, even before I tasted it, ultimately making the final decision to waste nearly everything I went for and settled for all I could salad, cabbage, clumpy mash potatoes, and peas ....none of the protein looked appealing at all.

Be warned, particularly if you go on Saturday at dinner time. 1) The Jeff Foxworthy $13.99 premium meal actually costs $14.49. 2) The wait at the carving station is absurd. I stood in line for approx 30 minutes for a slice of prime rib. They had one person working at the carving station at 6:45pm. He was both the cook for all the items on the grill and the server for all the steaks and prime rib. He spent most of his time cooking, not serving. 3) Dont expect a flavorful, juicy cut of prime rib for your long wait. Its dry, overcooked and virtually flavor-free. The only reason Im posting as many as 2 stars is because of the excellent and very attentive table service
