Went in the establishment this evening to order food as everyone else there too. I stood in line and placed my first order (2 people in line-1order taken) and the gentlemen apparently thought i was done, i guess. The manager FERNANDA on staff skipped over me (did not even acknowledge me or the person with me) as well as i was still standing there while people were going around me placing their order. MANAGER ON DUTY: FERNANDA. She apparently thought it was funny because she could not stop laughing while conversing with me. I stated I wanted on new one since Angela tried to give my partial order to another patron then give it back to me. I asked for certain sides and they were all out unless i wanted the my original order that was given to another patron. Really cannot beleive that a Manager would try to serve up an order that was opened up to look at after a customer saud it was not his order. Really gross. Another male ( working very hard) employee had to explain it to Fernanda for her to get it. Again laughing about it. So she makes a new one, cool, but the sides are no longer available that were available when I was in line and not skipped over. I was also told that since I came late in the evening i should expect that. HELLO. I was there before the other people came in and you did not even once question while I was still standing there. GREAT MANAGEMENT SKILLS!!!! I am calling corporate on monday which did not phase her at all. They need to know first hand when you have a bad experiance so they can train their employees on people skills.

I dont know why they still run this place. I been there once to pick up an order placed online and got a dinner supposed to be delivered to drive thru lady. When asked they said it is my order. I was in a hurry so could not open there and when opened at home, it was not what i ordered. There is no service here. If someone listening, better close this place to save your brand name.

Very Slow service , there was also a dirty tables, wet floors the food was ok what we got was a half chicken with a side of mac and cheese and green beans, the trash cans in bathrooms are hidden and Im very disappointed in the service and the quality of the time. It was supposed to be a delicious Christmas dinner

read the reviews and dont believe them, I eat here at least once a week , great service and dinning experience. And even purchase Thanksgiving dinners here last three years .I believe the people that wrote those not nice reviews are used to greasy burgers and fries ,not wholesome dinners.

Horrible service . made a phone order and when we get here they said that there is no more potatos after me and my family Drove a long way . Cedric the cook said he will not make more potatos. I think that is unacceptable. No manager so they can do whatever they want .

This place has gone down hill! I had the meatloaf dinner,and that was hard, then I tried a chicken dinner and the dressing wasnt done! I order the rib dinner, the ribs were so salty, I could not eat them! All three dinners were terrible! Beware!

Even though it looks like a fast food place, I found the actual plates and forms and stuff to be refreshing. The quality of the food is not like fast food at all. Great for families. I wish that the environment was nicer.
