My wife and I went to Waffle House this evening just to get out of the house. We went to the 2727 Peters Creek Parkway location. Our experience this evening can be summed up in one word. Spectacular. I had pretty much the best pork chops Ive had in my life. The eggs were good, and the hash browns were wonderful. The coffee was a very good medium roast. Its ground fresh, right before they make it. And last, the service was top notch. Paula and Didi were on the ball. Those two know how to treat customers. We will be going back.

If I could rate no stars, I would. Service was horrible and manager did not go through with his word. We were granted manager comp after they ruined our orders and cause allergic reactions because they failed to remove onions on our meals. Once we arrived, they changed their minds, AFTER we called to double check in ADVANCE of us arriving. Waitress was quite rude and harassed our group by making race assumptions. This waffle house has lost regulars that have been going to eat their for the past 4 years. So sad.

The service was very slow and the place was empty so no excuse, also i was carrying concealed and they told me that i couldnt have my gun in the stablishment wen i told the lady i didnt see the sign she told me it was under house rules, i read the house rule page and there is nothing about not being able to carry then she gets the manager and all he said was thay his sign felt off. But i dont buy it.

This place is a disaster. The employees "hate" their Manager, who by the way is an Ass Clown. I waited more than 5 minutes to be served, then was given the wrong order, which was made my previously mentioned Ass Clown. Then when it was "corrected" by Mr Ass Clown, it was still incomplete. This is when the waitress expressed her hate for him. Wont be back!

The epitome of a greasy spoon...but everything is greasy. Its like they wipe the place down with a fine layer of grease. But the fresh made waffles, perfectly crispy bacon and breakfast sandwiches make up for it...at least for me. Its best to take your meal to go or youll find a thin layer of grease start to build up on you to.

I went to the waffle house today and the food was ok. I asked for my drink to go. Half way to work I noticed my drink was not coming out so I took off my lid and pulled out a plastic bag from my cup. I immediately called the store and spoke to the mgr she didnt care. I have since called the corporate office and an attorney

This location is such a great example of why Waffle House is amazing. The waitresses are sweet to all the customers. Food is cheap and has a consistent quality that is quite good. And most importantly is the atmosphere of people from all walks of life enjoying some food and hanging out. Love it during off hours.

Me and my friend went there for our first date we were basically the only ones in there and it took over 20 mins. For food. The waitresses seem to be very wrapped up in there own conversation. And we got dirty looks for asking for accommodations. I recommend somewhere another branch

I walk in at 3am and the first thing I see is someone smoking in one of the booths and not one staff member enforced the NC policy on smoking indoors. Im not against smokers as I use to be one myself but no excuse. Enforce the laws
