Dont bother trying to get food after 10pm even though they dont close till 11pm. They stop answering the phone after 10:30 and stop taking orders after 10:50... I watched as I waited for my order (that would have been ready by the time I got there if they had answered the phone) as they told 2 girls that had ordered online that they were basically out of luck because their order "never came through" even though they had an order confirmation and since it was 10:50 the lady behind the counter wasnt going to put in the order for them because they werent taking new orders...?!?! I have to believe that whoever owns this location is so out of touch with the way the store is being run that they dont know this is going on because how in the world would a restaurant owner be ok with their employees turning away customers left and right?

The staffs are rude. Do not go there if u are hungry before a big game. It doesnt matter if you ordered online or phone cus you are going to wait for at least an hr. Why? Because they place ppl who already paid online, ordered on the phone, n just ordering in the same line while the foods that are ready arent served so they turn out to be cold. Dnt even bother to call the manager bc she lack customer service. She only ignore you and roll her eyes while ur food continues to get cold. Oh by the way, if you want ur money back... thats another hr u going to have to wait. Im never been to a place where the manager was incompetent and have no compassion. Why are u in charge if u cant help customers??? Never again!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS wing stop. I have ever been to one before and i will probably never go there again. Normally I would not eat out so late but i was starving and was craving wings. I was on my way home and it was 10:50pm last night and this wing stop closes at 11:00. Did not get to try it because they stop serving food at 10:50, When the door clearly says it closes at 11:pm. "The girl at the register was like "sorry cooked shut off fryer we are no longer serving food". Um who runs the restaurant the cook or corporate? Please get this place under control. You lost one customer, how many more are you willing to lose for careless employees

Food is fine. Its the customer service and the wait times that needs major work! This location is in a busy area with a cluster of residential and professional office bldgs near by, but between the online orders, call ins and walk ins whatever kitchen system they have currently in place is poor. Almost 30 minutes for the basic lunch special is pushing it. Staff could be friendlier and more courteous as well.

Wings are a bit small. My husband loved it. I ate the lemon pepper chicken and it was incredible. The workers do lack some customer service manners and the tables seemed to be a bit on the dirty side but its a fast pace place so if those things dont bother you than dont let that stop you from coming by.

Had a late lunch at this location on 10/11/16. Placed an order and had to wait for about 15 minutes, which is reasonable considering everything is cooked to order. The wings and fries were hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was good and everyone was courteous. I would definitely eat here again..

Terrible service. The wings are ok but the service is terrible. The manager just doesnt care and if you are hungry in a hurry they just dont care McDonalds has better customer service than this place Save yourself the time and grief if you are hungry make your own wings.Good luck

One of my favorite spots, love the flavors but you guys have changed a little lately. My wings are smaller in size and are over cooked sometimes. Dont know if its a new cook or a different source for wings but the consistency is off. Other then that love it

Always ready when they say it will be ... Staff friendly and remembers me & my order .if youre ordering on Game Day allow extra time dont order last minute!! Louisiana Rub & Lemon Pepper are my favorite

Tiny restaurant, hot inside. Got 10 wings to go. I saw on another site the comment on how small the wings are. Totally true, small wings. Nothing special in taste. Ill never go to another WingStop.

OMGOSH! I dont know what happened on this trip to WingStop but the boneless chicken didnt taste as fresh and juice as usual. It was almost like the chicken wasnt fully thaw, Frost bite or something

I always order ahead thru the app to avoid the wait. Fresh wings take time to cook therefore is recommend to order ahead. They have specials on Tuesdays for boneless wings and other items.

Wings are perfectly cooked and the saucers and spices are delicious! Also, their seasoned fries are the greatest potatoes I have ever had in my life! I go sometimes just for the fries haha
