So, as Im typing this now, I sit in this horrid place. I feel like I almost dont know where Im at.. Is it Burger King? ... Thats not it... Japan Inn?..... Nope.. Oh yes, TGI Fridays, which I have never in my life have seen like this. On Google, it says they close at 2 a.m. However, this is not true. It is Sunday, so they actually close at 1. You dont know this until you are here mind you. We got here (party of 2), at 11:18. Took a moment to even get noticed at the door. Finally, our time comes and we are walked over to where there are several booths and tables; none of which were cleaned. We asked if we could sit at some tables, off to the side by the bar, but was told there is no server in that section. So.. we stood aside, while this person runs off to get something to clean off a booth. Fast forward, two min later, were sitting down and this person says, "Your server will be right with you, but I dont know who that is because Im not a host right now." So tests determined that was a lie..... 11:28 rolls by and still no server. At this point, we were about to get up and go to a different Fridays, but we asked another person walking past our table, where our server is and she said shell get someone. Another min or two goes by, we were about to just get up, but a server actually comes to the table. The server was nice for the most part. We mostly ordered appetizers and a basket of breadsticks. The breadsticks came when we were pretty much done with everything, only after mentioning that we still did not get them. It wasnt even 12:00 yet, about 11:45 when we werent halfway through eating, that all of the lights came on as bright as they could go and someone in the bar, was very loudly banging things together that sounded like a gong was being struck! He kept shouting "Last call!" The lights stayed on for the rest of the time we were there. If there are still a lot of guests in the restaurant, this is not acceptable, even an hour before close, making everyone uncomfortable. Other guests around us had similar reactions. Then the booth in front of us had a baby with them that kept crying and then we also noticed, especially with the lights being turned all the way up, the table to the right of us, had control boxes of some sort with electrical wires hanging out within reaching distance of the table. Just all of this, this was definitely the worst experience Ive had at Fridays! Slow, dirty and a do whatever the hell you want, circus show.

Dont come here. This is our second time here and its as bad as the first time. The first time we came here ALL the utensils were dirty. Visibly dirty with food. And the food took forever to come to the table. The second time we came here was worse. We ordered the kids food first and it took forever to arrive and not at the same time. Also our food arrived when the kids finished eating, thats how long it takes food to come out of the kitchen. And none of the adults could eat together because the servers brought out one plate at time. They even brought out some of the dessert other guest at our table order before finally bringing out the dinner plates. We were a table of 4 adults and 3 kids. The waitress was super nice and tried her best, the problem is the kitchen and the servers. It makes no sense to bring out one plate at a time, when there only 4 plates coming to the table. The time you spend waiting for food is ridiculous here. And it was a Sunday night at 8pm, more than 50% of the tables were empty. Horrible wait time for food. This part below happened 2 years ago. We arrived Wednesday nite at 9pm, there was a super drunken booth of 7 already there. They were sitting behind us and were incredibly loud. We ordered and received poor looking food that we could have gotten frozen from the freeze aisle at the grocery store. I asked for 8 utensils because every time I unwrapped one from the napkin there was food on the utensils or visibly unwashed utensils. And dont mean water spots, I mean fully dirty forks and knives with dry crusty food on them. Then the lovely drunken crowd started talking about sucking dick, mind you I was sitting there with my husband and 3 children under the age of 9. The waiter was pleasant and fast, too bad the restaurant, food and other customers were unbelievably gross.

So iam currently at tgi its 5:08pm they need to stop firing people because it barely looks like anyone is here.I dont Know the name of my server but she is a heavy set Caucasian women not trying to be funny in the least way but she walks as if her feet hurt barely has come to check on me I have been here for about 30 minutes my food came out I ordered a jack Daniels ribs and flat iron when my order arrived ribs were coated with a different sauce other than jack Daniels my steak was NOT well done and this whole experience is blowing it I have been here at other times later on through the evening but This by far is the worst experience ever server needs to pay More attention to customer this wine has been sitting here full since I arrived she hasnt even asked about it the only upside to coming is the food WHEN IT IS MADE CORRECTLY the people sitting next to me have been served food various times and theyre server is really attentive Im looking at mine right now have a full blown conversation in the kitchen it will probably be fornever before I return *update spoke with manager came out and delivered a wonderfully CORRECT order not swimming in sauce well done plate evenly and distributed steak well done ribs cooked all the way #faith-restored thanks to management

Horrible horrible restaurant bad service also I sat there and put in a Togo waited at the bar 20 minutes later the bartender told me they dont have any sauce for my pasta when I already waited so long then I ask to speak to a manager the manager said the cooks probably didnt want to open another bag of sauce since they were closing when I was sitting there a hour before last call. Then everytime I ask what time the restaurant closes everyone says a different time because they dont want to serve you they are lazy and the mangers arent professional dont even have good customer service the female manager was very rude dont come here! I live less then 5 minutes away and I take that 30 minute drive to oakwood plaza Fridays! I only gave one star because Im forced to I hate this place they all are liars!!!

If I could give it zero stars and still leave a review I would - the next time I see 3.4 stars on a Google review I wont waste my time. We called at 7 to find out if there was space for 7:30 the hostess told us yes when we got there we werent seated until after 9. Drinks took so long we left our table and went to the bar to order and back to the table before she ever came back. The food was horrible - peoples meat cooked wrong, I ordered the nachos and they left off the salsa I had to ask four different people for salsa before I got any and by the time I did get it the "chips" under the bean meat paste they served me were soggy and cold I sent it back and they still charged me. I asked for a manager three times and still havent seen one yet.
