ok first things first, I went here in hopes that maybe I had found a pizzeria that actually served good food for a fair price. Well, I walked away absolutely disappointed. the service was laughable, the food was cheaply made with crap ingredients and all in all i left with a feeling that the owners of this establishment have no idea how to capture the essence of true Italian cuisine. after I had ordered my entree I waited for about 27 minutes even though the restaurant was only occupied by a few other people. I ate my food as pictured above by another reviewer I had the Alfredo Pasta, the chef or cook who prepared my meal was obviously inexperienced because the Alfredo sauce came to my table broke which if you dont know what that means, it means the cream and butter had separated making the dish way to heavy, also there was no real flavor to it. the nuttiness of the parmesan cheese tasted of cheap knock off. all in all I was very disappointed in my experience here. I will be visiting there other location in the Jacaranda Plaza on Sunrise blvd next. where Poppys Pizza 2 used to be located. Poppys was the best Italian food I have had in along time so I will be interested to see if the new Grande will fit the massive shoes left behind from Poppys. or if the experience will be the same as this location

I waited to calm down before posting my review. Few weeks ago I picked up a pizza and honestly it looked like it had been sitting for hours and tasted just as bad. I called and the cashier , who knows me, at first didnt want to do anything about it. But after going back and forth she insured me that my next order would have 25% off. So...Sunday I call in a pizza to pick up. Informed them of my 25 % off. Apparently the other cashier didnt write it down. The manager I am speaking to refused to knowledge the discount. It wasnt just the refusal but the manner in which she spoke to me. Like I was a thief. We are talking about less then $5!! Apparently the other cashier was a manger also. This manager could have over rode this. Made it right. Took up the mistake with the other manager. I was told I had to order my pizza when she was duty. Are you kidding me??? This was at 6pm. The dining room was empty and the cooks were standing around. The busiest time of the evening. They were dead . Obviously they just dont care anymore. I have been a loyal customer for years. I will never order there again .EVER!! Bad customer service will ruin a business quicker then anything else.

Food wasnt the best. Sat right by where you see the cook. I was disgusted, not only did he wipe his face full of sweat and nose with is hand he then wiped it on his apron. Then he used his apron to wipe off the entire face. Then cut our pizza into slices with his dirty hands. While sitting there observing all of this the cooks kept on staring at my husband, you can tell they were talking about him behind his back. They kept on calling the others from the back to look at him and then laugh as they walked back from where they came from. Not only did he feel uncomfortable that whatever comments they were making they couldnt tell him to his face, it was pretty oblivious. We will never go back there again. Place is disgusting they need to train employees to wash there hands and not do disgusting things by the food we are eating.

I was there last Friday night. I walked in at about 9:20 pm and I was greeted by someone named Nicole. I asked if I could sit and if I was in time to still have a meal, she proceeded to tell me that as long as I can be out at by ten because all of the employees are in a rush to leave. Thats absurd . Its like she treated me with such disrespect. I have been going there for years now and the service has gone downhill. The only thing I like there is Oscar the amazing pizza maker and a guy who is a waiter who is Italian but truly great people. The manager should talk to her and her attitude .

Ordering from these guys over a year now but their attitude overall is terrible and the food does not compensate for it. Despite asking for management on multiple messed up orders and getting unpleasant results, #nicoleistheworst, I am definitely not calling this place again. Asked delivery driver for change and he tipped himself... although we are generous tippers, if you ask for change, you do not tip yourself regardless.

The "Manage/Owner", MARY is explicitly RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, UNFRIENDLY. Deserved of IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND EXPORT BACK TO CANADA. We called to placed our twice a week order of Large Cheese Pizza and 2 Cheese Steak Subs (large). I will NEVER call them or eat ANYTHING from them again due to MARYs improper attitude. So we called GUIDOS PIZZA, WOW what wonderfully friendly, kind and inviting Customer Service GUIDOs PIZZA has!!!

This is my absolute favorite Italian restaurant. The best garlic rolls, great pizza - the margarita pizza is the best!! They do eggplant, manicotti, and everything else perfectly. Im really not sure why theyre getting so many bad reviews. I mostly order delivery, and I have never had a bad experience with the people who take my order, or the delivery drivers (who arrive very quickly). Keep up the good work, Grande!

This place used to be good I got pizza here on and off for 9 years. I recently moved so hadnt been there in a year or so. Food preparation staff is disgusting in being clean and hygienic. The wait staffer that attended me was more like a circus act extremely obnoxious. Will never return extremely uncomfortable to eat in this place with the people they choose to employee.

The food is good, but the service is horrendous. Its not all of them though its specifically this older lady with glasses and black hair. She refuses to do anything for the customer. And always talks with a bad attitude. Worst service problem Ive ever had. Ive eaten the same thing from here for maybe two years but this was definitely my last visit.

Wanted to get something quick..went to this place because its local..I spent $9.xx on a 10 inch Philly cheese steak sub..waited 20 min. To get my food..came with no sides and looked messy when I opened it up..not to.mention there were no customers in the restaurant, shouldnt have taken that long to prepare the food...very disappointing..

Tonight I ordered a very simple 10" personal cheese pizza, with 2 garlic rolls. The pizza is AMAZING. I only ate 2 of the 4 slices and 2 garlic rolls and I was full (Im a big man im 62 265). The pizza had the perfect combination of cheese sauce and spices. So when it comes to the pizza I give grandes a 9 out of 10.

The food is really good but the service is amazing. I been few times there but nobody treats you like Angie does. She is on her game. She gave us suggestions and they where all excellent. I will go back again just to be wait by her. She has amazing Customer Service skills.

The staff you have makes or brake a business. While on vacation visit this restaurant and I received the best service by far in the past 10 years. My server was Angie. She made our experience a wonderful one. Who knew gyro and pizza where so good. Thank you Angie
