I would give the food a 4 star(based on price and fast food style). Now if you compare the food to more authentic mexican restaurants then it isnt nowhere near as good. Just better than Taco bell and prices arent much more than there. I give it 2 stars overall because of the employees rudeness. I believe one being rude might of been a manager i think(not sure). The cashier didnt even know how to count change out or use the register. I got $15 worth of food(several tacos,sanchilada, and chips and cheese dip). They packed it all in one paper bag, literally threw the sauces in it and you couldnt even close the bag. Chips were on top with everything overflowing out the bag. I asked for an extra bag to seperate food and make easier to carry so it wouldnt fall over or out in my car. The lady looked aggrevated over me asking and when i said thank you she didnt say youre welcome or anything at all. I went in about 15 minutes b4 they close so i guess they were in a hurry to get out. Thats no excuse though. Its part of their job. I wont be going back any more and i was goin there a couple times a month at least. Lost a customer. Want to contact the owners.

The food is horrible. I got a chicken enchilada and the chicken was disgusting and fatty. I dont think it was even real chicken. It seemed like the frozen kind that you microwave. Gross! The sauce also wasnt good, and the whole thing just seemed pretty cheaply made. Ive had chicken enchiladas at many restaurants and never had a bad one. I didnt think it was possible to make one that tastes bad, but they proved me wrong here! I recommend to stay away from this place. El Jalisco is right across the street :)

The place is heat and serve food sort of like a fast food restaurant. Its ok though kinda bland. The atmosphere is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. Probably good for kids. I get the nachos. Sadly they have made me sick a couple of times, so we stop going, but then they send a birthday coupon for a free meal and sometimes were like, well lets give it a try again. There isnt any hot water hooked up to wash your hands in the restroom, and this might be the source of some problems. :/

WORST "MEXICAN" FOOD IN PANAMA CITY. They even said them selves they werent authentic Mexican food. When I asked the lady working there if they had carne asada she asked ME THE CUSTOMER WHAT THAT WAS!!! When I went to get soda the ice machine was not working, the chicken was seasonless, the salsa tasted like ketchup with water. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS FOOD PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL!!!! NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I love this place. I usually visit about a dozen times a year. I try to hit taco tuesdays. Never had a questionable item ever from this place. Fresh ingredients, nice staff. My only complaint, and I didnt take a star from it, is their house hot sauce just isnt that good. But they provide other name brand sauces, so that makes up for it.

Worst place ever i order a beef burrito and this lady wants to make my damn order for chicken and i said i wanted beef and she was all pissed off and was mad because i changed it even though i said beef burrito 3 times stupid lady with blonde hair with a ponytail needs to learn some customer service i want be going here again!!!!

Waited 15 to 20 minutes as two of the workers kept coming in and outside and the third person was on the phone with someone complaining about the other two. Service is usually quick and the food usually good...but one star this trip for the service...

Great staff. Food (tacos) was ok. This place could be excellent if they made their own taco shells and shredded their own cheese. I will go back though and try the burritos. Great salsa. Clean place.

If you want cheap nasty store bought tacos then this is your place. Taco Bell which is by no means a Mexican food place is much better than you will ever get from here.
