Sunday lunch arrived at 11:15a.m with 2 adults and 3 kids. We were greeted with a Luke warm hi at the very least. The greeter/ server was obviously not in a good mood. She showed us to a table that was way too small for us so we asked to be seated on the front porch area which was inside. There were plenty of tables as the restaurant just opened. She immediately said "No" there is no one in that area to serve you. I can completely understand that having been a server myself. So we were seated in another spot. We hadnt been served drinks yet and to my surprise the same server/ hostess began seating people on the front porch. I couldnt believe it! Oh and that just happened to also be her section. Im not sure what her problem was but for some reason she didnt want to seat us there. Maybe my 3 boys intimidated her? Anyway, we were finally served our drinks and the glasses were filthy. You could scrape the film on the glasses and see the grease. I showed my server who apologized and returned with clean glasses. Our queso had a hair on the side of the bowl but my husband was so over it that he just said forget about it. This was a horrible experience for what could have been a nice Sunday lunch. Too bad. The good news is that there are other restaurants to choose from in the area. I did get the servers name but having been a server myself I decided to just leave a review. Maybe she was just having an off day. Either way Mgmt will get complaints from others if this type of customer service continues.

The food and service are excellent! Its definitely worth it. My issue (and why I cant give 5 stars) is I ordered catering for a work lunch. The pricing on the catering menu is very deceiving. When something says "starting at" you expect a change in meat selection to be a bit more, maybe even up to $20 more, but an additional $45 (almost double) is ridiculous and a bit of a shock and just saying "our menu does state starting at..." is a lame excuse for not being more upfront with your pricing. Other than what I feel is deceiving price methods on their catering menu, they really are great. The food is fantastic!

My experience was actually a catered event at the school my wife teaches at. Every year we have a fundraising auction and one of the biggest attractions is the meal by OTB. I have never heard a single unhappy word about the meal. This year the best part was the stuffed jalapenos. I had not had them before but I think they were most of my supper! The whole meal was terrific but I found a new love - the jalapenos. I havent been back to OTB since but I know that the Stuffed Jalapenos will be ordered first. Thanks to OTB for supporting our school!

Waited an hour after being told a 20 minute wait. There were multiple open tables that needed to be bussed that sat dirty for 30 minutes. We sat down in the bar and were told the table was saved for someone else so we said we would leave. Then all of a sudden they catered to us but unfortunately we are never going back. Food was okay but the service was terrible. Wish we would have gone to Lindo Mexico- their food is awesome!!

Phenomenal experience tonight. We had a few minutes waiting without being helped (which was fine, we are very relaxed) and the waitress and manager were SO nice, welcoming and helpful. I was so impressed by their service, and will definitely be recommending THIS specific on the boarder to my friends and fam! Thank you for amazing service Angie and Jen!

Normally I go to the Kentwood location but since I was at the mall I came here. Hostess was friendly but thats about it. Food wasnt great. Cilantro line rice was bland and dry. our server never came back to check on us. My beverage sat empty and never refilled. Not a great experience at all. Probably wont return to this location and stick with Kentwood

I ate here with my fiance the year on Valentines day. May not have ever tried this place had we not had an h&r gift card. I tried lots of new food, and literally every item including the drinks were excellent. Service was also great despite it being a very busy night. Will be going again, this place blows the socks off qdoba and Cinco DE mayo.

Excellent Food And The General Manager, Scotty Hines, Made this an overall wonderful dining experience in a whole! Thanks to such a true, sincere and passionate young man for making this beyond amazing and accommodating all in our group! We all loved it and will be back every month thanks to such hospitality and deliciously prepared food!

Great kitchen staff, food is consistently well presented and cooked. Service is usually really good. Sometimes it gets congested but that can be expected given its location to the mall. Kids meals include ice cream sundaes which is pretty cool. Only downside for kids is that the salsa they give with the chips is a bit spicy for some.

I ordered take out emailed $28 for bill tried paying online with credit card took all info didnt go thru so I called and they charged card over phone when I looked at banking info 2 days later they charged me almost $4 more $32 was billed to my card and food was barely warm and I arrived on time to pick order up

We love on the border especially at happy hour! They have $2, $3, and $4 food specials along with $4 Grande margaritas and free chips and salsa. Love the fajitas and the classic burritos and pretty much everything. We have always had great service and everyone is friendly!

Mixed bag - some dishes were very good, others not so much (steak in the 3-sauce fajita burrito was extra flabby). Service was friendly, but they always seemed to be behind. Will give it another shot, just because the salsa is fantastic.

I used their catering for a meeting. They were super friendly through the whole process, brought the food and all serving utensils. Food was super yummy and the whole office was jealous of those of us in the meeting :)

Service was bad one time we were there (slow unresponsive), but since then no issues and the manager gave us a coupon. Food is usually abundant, but entrees selection is not great and tostadas not a good size very small.

They are definitely packed on a Friday evening, but we were still able to get takeout in a reasonable time. The staff there are friendly, they seem to like what they are doing and it shows in their service

They started serving beans and rice family style, which makes no sense for a table of two. Also, I go to a restaurant to not have to serve myself. They are moving closer and closer to fast food every day.

This restaurant has by far the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced!! Staff is very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant in Granville even over high end restaurants!
