I walked in and asked for a table. "Is in the back okay?" Having never been there, I didnt realize that I should have said no. But thinking about it, if the waitress has to ask if a particular location is "okay" to seat me in, no, no it is not okay. "in the back" is by the pool table and basketball arcade game, making it impossible to hear yourself think. The cooks are too lazy to remove the wing tip from the chicken wings, making eating wings even messier than it normally is. The blue cheese they give you (correction, they *sell* you, for 69¢ each) is both tiny and ridiculously shaped: its not possible to actually dip a wing into it. The waitress was no where in sight for at least 10 minutes after I finished my meal. When she returned, it was obvious where she had been, as I nearly choked on the dense cloud of cigarette smoke she brought back to the table. Every time she did come to the table, she did her best to get me to look at her cleavage, first sitting at the other side of the table, then leaning over the table, then kneeling down beside me. Apparently she thought if I liked her breasts, I would overlook the horrid service and meager food. Suffice to say, I will not be back.

The worst service I have ever had. The I cant even credit and say server did not even know it was wing day and we had to tell her the specials that her company was offering. I ordered breaded wings even said it twice too the girl that was completely out in cloud nine and even ordered extra sauce to dip my breaded batter in the sauce. Ten minutes later 15 wings came out I put them on a plate and gave them back to the girl she brought them back and did not pick up on why I did not eat those nasty skin things so I let it go and asked the manager about the wings and maybe he was not understanding me or did not care but was not grasping the fact I was not happy or his lets just call her a server for lack of better words was not getting what we were telling him. So needles to say this location is poorly ran and the servers have no clue what day it is or the specials that are going in that said day or month.We will not be going back to Winghouse after. I even ordered a basket of fries just because I was hungry and not happy with the food.

Walking in to the place at 9:30p nobody was there to tell us if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We went up to the bar which had a few guys enjoying beers. I had to ask the bartender for something to wipe down the bar so we could sit without having others crap in front of us. Food was decent, not the best sauce but wings tasted good. However when the bartender kept talking to regulars about their inspection the next day and complaining of how she had to wipe and clean things that she never really does, I was absolutely disgusted. Being in the hospitality industry and specifically catering, that bothered me. Wouldve stayed for more drinks but couldnt stand the fact that she only cared about her regulars and didnt try to make her transient guests feel welcome. Next time stop flirting with the guys talking about your boyfriend and try to show some customer service.

The fact that I took my friends from Miami to this place mad Orlando look bad as far as manners. The manager met me and my group of 4 at the door to ask us what where we there for to pick up or to eating in. Because they are closing soon. Mind you this was before 10 on a Sunday, they close at 11pm. The way he said it almost pushed us away because it was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. We sat by the door and notice other people entering. The manager didnt stop them and question them, he even held the door for some. This was a terrible experience because the cooks were so loud they literally were arguing loud enough for the customers to hear by the front door. The kitchen is way in the back. Also the order was wrong but now I see why this place have bad reviews now. Should have checked this site out first for reviews.

Ive never written a review on here but tonights experience was worth writing about. Ive been here quite a few times and have always tried to ignore the bad service, but tonight was the breaking point. Like others have said, it takes forever for anyone to come greet you/take your order. And then once you do get your order, you dont see your server until you need to hunt them down for the check. The manager did come around and ask if everything was okay, and only then, did we get our food in a timely manner - by the manager, mind you, not our waitress. The wait staff is very nice and friendly, but the service is some of the poorest Ive experienced, and Ive experienced it multiple times. There were also five women at the hostess stand when we left, none of which appeared to be doing any kind of work.

We have visited twice in the past few weeks and the service was extremely slow both times. Tonight the servers outnumbered the customers but we still had to go to the hostess station to ask for drink refills twice (2 different members of our party of three) and then had to wait nearly 30 minutes before our server came back to ask if we wanted anything else. The food was good, but the service is the worst we have experienced in our year of living in Orlando. There are too many other great places to eat in Florida to waste time at the WingHouse. They need stronger management and a better training program. Keep the cook!

Quite frankly some on the People that write these reviews are Just Passers By. Winghouse is by far one the Best places to Get wings and Other Food as well. Largest wings for the Money , Gumbo is the Best and the Dallas Burger tops all others. I frequent Winghouse as Much as I can when Im in Florida. Most Other Times i go to a local Hooters In the North East and It reminds what a Big Let down Hooters really Is. Marginal to ok Service , Cooks that dont give a rats behind on you food etc..Higher priced etc.. 32OZ Tallboy and 50 wings gets her done ! Congrats to the Girls at Winghouse who make it all possible !

celery and carrots were so old they curled and had soft spots similar to applesauce. Andrea my waitress messed up our order twice, didnt bring my appetizers, but my buddies got theirs.overweight manager was b.s n W 3 staff members while we waited 10 mins for a pitcher of beer. asked for crispy wings and legs, I got drums and wings, cooked like normal, covered in a thin sauce.she wound up charging me 1/3 of 2 appetizers I DIDNT EAT OR ORDER. left the food, drank half the watery bud light, and bailed out. phaq that place.

I want to start by saying, I am disgusted with this place. My husband and I ordered wings last night, around the time they were closing, in hope of the food being fresh and ready to eat. We got the total opposite. The wings were half done, as if they were dropped in the fryer, and soaked in water after they were brought up. If youre looking for quality meals, satisfaction, things worth your money, dont order here. Hopefully I can get in touch with customer service to get my money back or something. Im definitely pissed.
