My wife and I first visited this Uno in 2013 while we were on our honeymoon so it is kind of special to us. We recently returned to Orlando and decided to stop by on our second night in town. It was every bit as good as we remembered. We were there on a Tuesday, early in the evening and it wasnt super busy so our server had time to focus on us. She did a great job and the food was fantastic as usual. We each got a deep dish pizza. Unos pizza is unique and doesnt taste like any other pizza place. A couple of days later, we were trying to find another place to eat and not having any luck so we returned here out of convenience since our hotel was on Palm Parkway about five minutes away. My wife got the pizza again but I got a burger instead and it was outstanding. Definitely one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Far from the cheapest, but it was well worth the money. This visit was a little later in the evening and it was a tad busier. Still the service was great. We actually went a THIRD time on our last night. Thats how much we love this place... plus we dont have one close to where we live in Virginia. This time we arrived about 7pm on a Saturday and it was packed. However we were seated right away and again had a great server. My wife tried the thin crust pizza and I got the Fireball Whiskey BBQ chicken sandwich. This was the only time we werent crazy about what we ordered but it was still very good. I think my wife had just burned out on pizza and the BBQ sauce on this sandwich has a cinnamon hit to it from the whiskey which for me was just OK. Our server, while doing the best he could, was a little overwhelmed and didnt check on us as much as we had hoped. But he was polite and got everything on our order right so we were still happy. If you are on vacation and want to splurge a bit on a special experience, Uno is a good choice. Try to go earlier on in the late afternoon/early evening to avoid the rush and if you like peanut butter & chocolate together... try the peanut butter cup with ice cream. Its awesome!

Uno had many chances to disappoint and didnt take any of them. Situations came up that would make a normal restaurant stay difficult, but the staff was completely on point. We waited a few minutes for a table, but the staff noticed upon our party entering that the table wed gotten wasnt perfectly suited for us. We didnt have to say a thing. They only told us that the first table wouldnt be the best and that theyd find another soon. No more than 30 seconds later were on our way to a great table. From there the service was fast and friendly. My wifes steak was noticeably different from how it was ordered, but she was paying special attention to be friendly about it since our experience had already been so good. Our waiter stopped by to check on us quickly after shed noticed the issue. When asked about any other needs she only had enough time to raise her hand slightly before he says to her that her steak is nowhere near her specifications. I suppose that fact would be a complaint, but anyone in the service industry should recognize that these things happen from time to time. It was beyond impressive that our waiter was attentative enough to not require my wife saying a thing. This was followed by the manager personally apologizing, offering anything on the menu to tide her over, and then delivering the new complete order of steak himself. As for the rest of the food, it was immaculate. I was quite excited about a Chicago-style pizza. We found that the medium ($19) could easily feed 3 adult males, though not with leftovers. Other members simply got burgers, which were praised as well. In the end, I can say that my biggest regret from this establishment would be that we dont have one closer to home. Although, if youre close by, then I most certainly recommend this particular Uno for its incredible staff.

We have had several excellent experiences at this location, but one memorable event I had to send a note of superior customer service from September 2014..... "I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at Uno Chicago Grill Lake Buena Vista for the outstanding service and accommodation that was extended to our family for the engagement celebration for our son tonight.It all started with an e-mail to the Uno Chicago Grill last week to see if we could have a seating arrangement for our group.A day later,my we received a personal phone call from Sue Clancy,General Manager asking what she could do for us.This totally blew us away,not expecting a phone call especially from the General Manager.With all the arrangements in place,we arrived and were greeted by Ashley our server.Ashley went over and above to make our experience a memorable one.This is all about what committed customer service and satisfaction should be,something that is missing from some establishments.Uno Chicago Grill,Buena Vista will forever be our place to go for a good meal when we are in the Disney area.Thank You again!"

We are a family of three, from the United Kingdom (Yateley, Hampshire, England). We certainly have NOT been paid to give a review! We are here, staying at the Delta Hotel, for two weeks holiday. I am a retired professional man with a huge amount of experience eating in thousands of places over some 40 years all over the World. We were seated almost immediately on a Saturday night at about 8pm. Within seconds, Lenny came and asked us if we would like some drinks. He was absolutely awesome in every way! Lovely friendly guy. Our drinks and starter came so quickly - it was amazing! The Clam Chowder was fantastic, full of flavour as we would expect in Florida! Our Main, was served so quickly after we finished the starter and was full of flavour, hot and beautifully cooked. A big portion which our 17 year old could not finish but a take out boxwas provided without us needing to ask! I could not fault this place - a perfect score! Lenny, you excelled in every way - thanks buddy! Highly recommended in every way based on our experience tonight! We will be back soon.

We ordered appetizers for the entire table (5 of them) and a kids make your own pizza. Our order arrived after a long period of time (in fact our son got his pizza right away and was almost done when it the rest of the order came). The pizzas we got were some type of potato appetizer pizza and they were both Luke warm so we asked the waitress if they could be heated more. She did but when it arrived back it was chewy and overlooked. We were very disappointed in the food quality and left after that. Later that night I began feeling sick to my stomach and starting throwing up a few hours after eating and continues for half the night. The other half it switched to diarrhea and a bad headache. Beware I believe I have food poisoning. The bad thing is my gut said not to eat it when it was Luke warm but I tried a piece anyway and another when it came back so 2 small pieces and I feel this bad. I cant imagine if I would have ate more!
