We did not have reservations but during christmas time we got a table after only about 20 minutes. I was not feeling well and the chicken noodle soup was excellent and like homemade. The sandwiches and food is very tasty and reasonably priced for theme parks. Much better priced food than disney. Service was good but food was a little slow Im sure it was due to the christmas crowd and time of day.I wood recommend for a good lunch or a lighter dinner for anyone on this side of universal at mealtime!

Honest review. Good service, decent food, the gang seemed happy with their selections - IMHO better than the rest of the fast food spots in the park. Cons: really slow service, KILLED our park time, notably due to the establishment not having enough staff on hand for the day we went - even though half the tables were empty. Would I return? No. Suffer the park food and hit the rides!

Great wait staff with friendly servers. Pizza and fajitas were good but the rest of our order was not as desirable. The ceasar salad was more iceberg than leafy greens. Do not order the chicken valahalla. There was uneatable artichoke skins in the dish, it was unseasoned, and the presentation was a yellow bowl of food. I wasnt able to determine what was chicken or noodles. Not my favorite.

When I got to Confisco they made me wait 15 minutes for a dirty table. They gave me a used plates with butter and bread crumbs. I told a waiter and they took care of it. It was a long wait for the food but it was long wait. The mens bathroom did not have paper towels. I told a waiter and when I went in there there were still no paper towels. They didnt have drying fans.

I came to Orlando with my family and had attended both Universal parks.. We went to Confiscos for dinner and had a wonderful experience.. Thanks to a manager named Ian.. We had problems with reservations and the server was not at all helpful.. Ian saved us! He was really nice and had great customer service!!!! Will definitely go back to Confiscos! Great food too.

The food here was surprisingly good. Being that it was inside the park, I figured the most we could hope for was a decent and not-too-greasy meal, but we got much more. Excellent and friendly service (on a holiday near closing time no less), really good food with fresh ingredients and full flavors, a great selection, fun decor... I highly recommend it.

Came to this place on Friday afternoon around 1:30. Waited for approximately 10 minutes for a table. After getting a table, we waited like 15 minutes before getting up & leaving. No one came to the table to even give us drinks. No one said "your server will be with you". It was like we were invisible. Not going back.

We stopped for dinner here during our Orlando stay. The food was tasty, the service beyond exceptional thanks to our waiter Mark M. and the rest of the staff and lets not forget about prices, this place was really affordable.

The pad Thai here is prbly better than any other place Ive ever had Thai. The staff are really friendly and courteous! The pizza line was backedup and the manager came out to let us know! 100% would come back again!

Atmosphere is nice, AC in delightful, waitress was pleasant. Like a theme park food, they gotcha where they want you; one hand in your pocketbook. I think the management has assigned to many tables per wait staff.

The giant banner outside says "pizzas" but they only have ONE pizza on the menu. The waitress said the pizza was a good size but it was a "kiddie" size pizza. Will never come here again.
