The service was decent enough, but the food was another story entirely. I had a combination plate that included Shrimp Scampi, Lobster Tail, and Tilapia. My girlfriend had a burger. The shrimp I ordered had little to no Scampi sauce on it - I couldnt taste any at all, but I cant say for sure if it was a light dust or sauce or none at all. The shrimp itself was okay, but certainly doesnt deserve the label of shrimp scampi. Then there was the lobster tail - it was sub-par. Its really hard to screw up a lobster tail, but Ruby Tuesday managed to do it. It tasted extremely "fishy", and a good lobster isnt supposed to have too much of that. The Tilapia was absolutely inedible and disgusting - at least I was able to eat the Lobster and the Shrimp. My girlfriends burger gave her an upset stomach, and she only took two or three bites of it. After this experience, I will not be back any time soon.

The waiters started noisily cleaning the floors right after 10 p.m. while people were still eating in the dining room. I have never seen this aftet 10 pm in any of two dozen Ruby Tuesdays where I have eaten. Never such rudeness and lack of consideration. Avocado turkey burger had no bacon and when I complained the waiter, rather than take the burger back into the kitchen, rather sloppily and rudely brought bacon on a plate to the table . chicken tenders were served with the sauce on when sauce on the side was clearly ordered. in all, far below any Rudy Tuesday I have ever seen. plus the mall location was almost impossible to locate from the road, no signs and no clue to where this restaurant was located. Terrible. Find another place to eat in Brunswick Georgia.

Its a mixed bag, sometimes the staff excels at making your visit pleasant. But other times they ignore you and your table completely. On my most recent visit, I had a waitress who didnt pay attention to our table, let cups get empty very often. Side note, cups are gonna get empty it happens, but it happened over and over. Then when our food finally comes out, one of them is wrong and mine tastes like they used bread that had been sitting there for weeks. I hate to send food back because I know itll just end up in the trash, but it was basically inedible and tasted of mold.

When I step foot into this restaurant I always feel as family. All employees of this restaurant go above and beyond what is expected of them. From the moment I walk into the door, to being seated, to the waiter, and even the manager that is on duty. With each one if this individuals have a smile on their faces. Always makes my day. For the most of of the food I dont recall every have a bad experience. Thanks to all the Brunswick Ruby Tuesday location you do a fantastic job.

Poor food Quality, long wait time, server was not properly trained at all. We asked if it was still happy hour and were informed it was not and that it ended at 630 yet it was 623. When we got the ticket the drinks we ordered were NOT covered by happy hour prices. We should have been informed of such. Not to mention she upgraded them to a large for a dollar more without asking. We will NOT visit this location again.

Food was bad over priced went there for my wedding anniversary will never return BBQ sauce tasted like it was pored straight out of the bottle mashed potatoes were gummy macaroni not good will not waste another $50.00 dollars there.

Service was good. Mac and cheese and loaded baked potato were good but cost extra. The ranch dressing was not to my taste and the Cajun ribeye was thin, overcooked, and flavorless. Not a $20 steak. Would not return.

Food was average, service was horrible. Waitress was inattentive and busy talking to other servers. I ordered the chicken Bella, the green beans were over cooked and the chicken was bland. Dont bother!
