I work right down the street from where Naya Bistro was put in. A couple of my co-workers and I were really excited to try out a new place in the area so we went there for dinner after work. Our server was great, the drinks were tasty (the Lychee Martini rocked), and the appetizer of Grilled Polenta with Wild Mushrooms was delicious. However, after our appetizer we waited 30 minutes for our dinners while other customers seated after us were quickly served. I ordered the lamb (but I was not given a steak knife and had to use a butter knife instead) and it was very tasty, but there were about 6 of my "fingerling potatoes" that were pretty much burnt to a crisp and inedible. What I did not understand is why the chef would send out a plate with a half dozen charred potatoes on it. Take them off the plate for goodness sakes! This restaurant just opened, they should be serving only the best. I asked our server about them, maybe they were supposed to be that way? He told me no, he would go talk to the chef. It seems that my question really put him off because then he seemed to avoid us the rest of the night. On top of my charred potatoes the rice that my two co-workers got was greatly undercooked, along with the eggplant served to my vegetarian friend (she knows eggplant) who ordered the veggie kabobs. We asked to talk to the owner after we saw him walking around (avoiding our table) giving out bread and butter to customers (which we never got). From the first second he walked over the owner was very condescending and rude in the way he talked to us. He explained my charred potatoes as "purple potatoes", and didnt I know what purple potatoes are? I told him "Oh, your waiter did not tell me that and I did not see that on the menu" after which he procedes to tell me "They are not on the menu, but you can order your entree with or without them".. Umm how are you supposed to know to order them without if they are not even on the menu?? Anyways, my co-workers also told them about their meals and all of us were very nice and polite and were greeted with nothing but hostility from this guy.. So he went and got the Manager who played the same role of just being a flat out jerk to us. Upon receiving our bill, the server mentioned that the manager had given us a discount for our trouble... He gave us a measly $8 discount on a bill that was $105!! To us, it was a total slap in the face. Why even give a discount if its only 8 effing dollars!? Anyways, we were completely disapointed in this restaurant and will not be going there again. It is a shame because it has so much potential... Too bad their Owner and Manager had to be complete jerks. Especially since the restaurant JUST opened you would think they would be going out of their way to get loyal customers that work in the area. Oh well.. Im sure this place will go under soon if they keep operating like this.

I dont normally write restaurant reviews but I feel compelled to do so. This used to Naya Bistro and drove by it everyday. I never went to it as Naya as I just didnt feel a connection to it. I was morbidly curious after seeing the name change so I stopped in last week with my friend and two sons to check things out. I LOVE the creative burger selection. This place (IMHO) puts The B Spot to shame. All four of us ordered a different burger. My guess is it was a 1/2 lb. burger patty. Not one of us was disappointed. Actually, I ordered the "Hot Mess" that comes with habanero cheese but frankly was not the least bit spicy, however I still loved the burger. There are a lot of very unique burgers on the menu, so much so that I have no doubt we will go back over and over to try them all. The decor was fun yet swanky. Everything appeared to be crisp and clean. It has the bustling atmosphere I would expect from a "burger" place but not overbearing as to not to be able to carry on a conversation with your table. This is NOT a sports bar, it is a fun, gourmet burger restaurant. The service was perfect. Even though the place was pretty busy, our server was very attentive, A big PLUS! My only gripe, albeit not a big deal, the actual menu was difficult to read. The font type mixed with the colors made it very hard to read in places. Im not old (40) and have perfect vision. Someone with less than perfect vision might have difficulty reading it. Good job, looking forward to coming back!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT. Horrific burnt burgers and horrible customer service. The new manager,Bob at Burgers 2 Beer in Highland Heights could not have been hired for his customer service skills. We have been loyal customers at this specific B2B since their grand opening and used to rave about the burgers and the customer service. Not anymore! The new manager has ruined any satisfying experience my friends and I have had. A few months ago we ordered 3 Good, Bad & Ugly burgers that were BURNT. Not a little burnt but charred with no flavor. Honestly, our dog wouldnt eat them. Since our order was takeout we didnt realize how bad the burgers were until we arrived home. Called B2B and the manager at that time apologized, told us to return at any time and ask for her and she would replace them. Calling back after a few weeks, Bob is now new manager and said he and the previous manager are friends and he will ask her about it and call me back! Really? Who lies about getting 3 burnt burgers that you have to verify it with someone else? Are you not empowered to make a decision on your own as manager? Weeks go by and the manager Bob never calls me back. I called today, June 28, 2017 and left a message. I got a return call from Bob stating that he spoke to the previous manager and she doesnt recall this incident and that its been months since this happened and "what do I want him to do?" I know exactly what to do even if Burgers 2 Beer does not know. Never return.

We have been eating at this location for years, burger have been amazing, as well as the fries. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, as it seems. Our last visit was not good, While eating, the staff was cloroxing spots of the resteruant, therefore the food was harshly masked by the over powering odor of bleach, really not pleasant. To make matters worst, the employees sneak out the back door to the hallway behind and smoke, as they return, all the smoke follows them back in, which stinks the entire section of smoke. Lastly, the burgers were over done and the fries were soggy and cold, sorry, for an $11.00 meal that shouldnt be the case. I realize things happen, I just get the unfortunate feeling the folks at this location dont really care.....

I got online to scope out the menu. Looked pretty good to me. One of the suggested paired beers is what really drew me in. Service was pretty good. But they didnt have the advertised beer or my second choice (also advertised suggested pairing), I did however end up with a great brew. My burger was a BYO, cooked a temp longer then I had asked for, the "crispy onion straws" were stale and old and the bacon didnt really have the flavor pop I was expecting. Fries were good. I dont write this review looking for retribution, I am willing to give this place another try. Some of the concoctions on the menu look rather tasty. Just wasnt wowed by this visit
