This place is unprofessional. They do not respect the customer. I ordered a pick up order and they told me 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after I called. I paid. The girl behind the counter was rude. I expected my pizza to be ready or to within 5-10 minutes of being ready. However, I quickly realized they had never even put it in the oven. Complete lack of respect for the customer. Yes, they were busy. But at least they should have apologized or communicate to me how long the pizza was going to take. I asked for my ticket to be voided. Again, the girl behind the counter was rude. She voided it and never apologized. If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else. Seriously!

DONT ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE! The orders dont go through on the website. Atleast in my case it didnt go through. The food looks great, but ill never know, because the online orders do not go through. Just get rid of that option if it doesnt work! I called unfortunately after they had closed to see where the food was and the employee let me know the register was closed and what not. The employee also let me know that two other people today submitted online orders and they where not processed. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but its a way to make the business better and not have negative reviews I the future that arent even food related.

Love love love this place. Never lets me down. I can always depend on everything being tasty and hot. The staff is super friendly. This place is a jem of a find and I would surely miss it if I ever have to move out of the area. I always tell all my friends that I have the best pizza place in Orlando close to my house. The Bronxzilla is a monster of a pizza but if you like spicy you cant go wrong with the Mexican Pizza, my personal fav. Thanks guys and gals of Bronx Pizza and keep up the good work!

My fiancé is very picky when it comes to pizza because she says nothing can ever come close to NY style. We recently moved around the area and when we saw the sign for the Bronx Pizza we were immediately intrigued. Finally we tried it and I have got to say it was the best we have had in a long time. The service was fantastic, the wait time was not bad specially because the place was so FULL. The prices are great and the flavor is amazing. They definitely got 2 new loyal customers!

Being from Brooklyn and growing up eating pizza, gyros and beef patties this place was like heaven to me. It took me back to good old times, living in Orlando for 21 years this place is the closest thing to the real thing. Even the decor reminds me of good old NY . I will highly recommend this place for those real New yorkers seeking to satisfy the craving for pizza. 2 Thumbs up, the service was also great friendly smile greets you as you walk in.

Just wanted a slice of meat lovers and the server recommended that it was a better deal to get 2 slices with drink for $2 more. And she was right. Nice touch that she didnt try to upsell me to a full pizza - knowing it was just me. And despite the kitchen being slammed with delivery orders, I got my food within 10 mins. VERY nice staff... the pizza was a bit overcooked for me... but I still ate every bite!

Ordered delivery pizza and wings. Wings were hot and delicous as was our pizza. We ordered through the online order service Seamless, which was fast and easy. They texted us the delivery time and even though it was an hour, it was well worth the wait and the food was right on time and very hot and fresh. We come to Orlando once or twice per year and will be adding this to our favorites. Thank you!

Terrible service.. I asked for a refund because my Pepsi was never brought.. They ended up refunding back the whole amount.. 2 minutes later they called and told me if I didnt give them my card number again it would be stealing.. So you mess up and then call me a thief.. First and last time ever.. Overall gross food bad service rude people.. Justin the manager very poor management skills.

Not satisfied at all. We ordered delivery & waited over 2 hours for our food on 2 different occasions. Received our food cold both times. Girl that took our order lacked customer service & she sent the driver to the wrong address. We gave this place a second chance and they dropped the ball. We definitely will not be eating/ordering from there again. Very disappointed.

I am from New York, my husband and I stayed in Orlando Florida for the past week and we love hot wings and pizza. We tried three places before Bronx pizza, they were all awful so we were a little iffy on trying Bronx pizza in Fl. We decided to go for it and we couldnt have been happier it was delicious, their hot sauce isnt very hot but everything still tasted amazing!

Arrived at 945 pm gave my order and by 10:15 pm they realized they did not prepare my order so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The store hours says closes at 11:00 pm on Saturdays. While I was waiting customers that arrived at 10pm where told the kitchen was closed and all the chairs where up on the tables. Ive tasted better pizza was not worth the wait.

When I think of Pizza I think of this restaurant first. The food is excellent along with service and staff. Free refills along free WiFi ! My family always enjoy the taste of pizza with wings. Theres plenty of seating space and clean tables. You can watch TV or listen to the nice ambient music. I love the picture collection. All in all I just love Bronx pizza.

Truely authentic! Pizza was sooo good had the thin crunchy crust that breaks when you fold it in half ummm hmm! Beef patty and coco bread was also great burned my mouth trying to be greedy lol! Also tried the shrimp which was fresh and tender wasnt expecting that at a pizza place but hey it was delicious as well!

The name says it all, really really great tasting pizza. There calzones are awesome also, Ive brought coworkers and family here to try it out and absolutely love the food. Dont take my word for it read other reviews Im pretty sure if you love N.Y. pizza than you cant pass by this place without trying it.

I had pizza delivered to my hotel and was not disappointed. I am extremely picky and actually enjoyed the pizza. Was piping hot with crispy crust and lots of cheese. The only reason they didnt get an excellent score is bc I prefer Chicago pizza. (Dont know ab decor but wouldnt let me leave blank)

Weve been eating at Bronx pizza since they opened and they never disappoint. Service is quick and people are nice. Restaurant is always clean. Prices are very reasonable. Being from the Bronx, its hard to get the true NY pizza anywhere but NY and somehow theyve done it! Best NY style pizza in Orlando!
