Three words, TERRIBLE, POOR, SUCKS!!! I didnt even try their pizza, Im sure the pizza is cold and nasty, just like their customer service and delivery quality!!! I waited a whole hour before calling them to ask where my food was, when they originally told me it would only take 35 min or less. I called these amateurs 8 times asking where my pizza was, and them telling me how sorry they were, and heres a discount, our driver went to the wrong neighborhood. I finally cancelled my order after nearly 2 hours of waiting, and asked for a full credit. The guy knew exactly who I was, and didnt want to hear it from me, so he basically said, yea im crediting it right now, and hung up! You cannot run a business this way, and I know for a fact they will be OUT OF BUSINESS sooner than later!!! New management huh??? From the looks of it, its a new name, same game for them, meaning poor service! They will fail, as they did tonight, and I will be laughing all the way to the bank when they finally do, just like Jimmy Hulas will. Now Im going to make sure my acct. is credited on Monday!

Back in January, I ordered from Tutti Quanti and it took them over 3 hours to deliver my food. I called numerous times to complain and the person who answered said not to worry it would be on the house. They had already charged my credit card and a few days later, when I noticed the charge had not been reversed, I filed a dispute with my card. Now, over a month later, I got a call from the place harassing me about the dispute claiming that they sent a text message to me the charge and that they had a signed receipt from me (they certainly do not) because I was never given a card slip to sign. They also claimed that they had a recorded conversation over the phone with me claiming that I accepted the charges (I was never advised upon ordering that the conversation was being recorded). It turns out, according to my credit card company that the signature sent is not mine at all. Shame on you Tutti Quanti. Shame on you.

Our order took twice as long to be delivered as they stated. The pizza was cold by the time it finally got delivered, and it was only a bit better than DiGiorno. The sandwich was pretty good, but it was not hot either. The manager offered to send out another order to replace ours, which was a definite plus. But by this time we had waited almost 2 hours, so we declined. His offer to replace our order is why Im giving the place 3 stars. But the food is really kind of standard.

Bad. Usually bad, but the last order from them really topped it. The Pizza was cold. The Wings were hardly cooked. Sub actually had a hair in it! The only decent thing they delivered was the 2-liter. I lived in New Jersey, what this place has to do with real NY style pizza, I have no idea. They make sad, terrible bread, ugly sweet sauce, they must pour high fructose corn syrup right into it by the gallon.

Great pizza. Stuffed pizza can feed a lot of people. Excellent sausage. It is sliced instead of crumbled. Highly recommend.
