Gee golly I have been eating at Krystals since I was knee high to a grasshopper. My first Krystal burger was 6 cents an we would get a whole bag of them then. lol! These days the price has gone up but the same good taste. They serve breakfast to.. I use to hit the drive thru on my way to work an get 2 sunrisers thats a Krystal bun a sausage patty an a egg an cheese . Yummy!!! I have never had a bad meal here, an these days thats saying a lot. But you will always have that one unhappy person, an you know who you are will always complain about something. Likely there not happy within there selves. Theres also a drive thru and outside seating. Theres a $5.00 menu box to mix an match your items. Years ago they had fried chicken boxes. They also have the old Icee machine, gotta watch that you can get a brain freeze real fast from sipping on your straw quickly. But maybe some of yall may need that. Haha!! Great views as the whole restaurant us glass. IH except for the restrooms. Lmbo!!

I travel from Florida about once a month and always look forward to eating at Krystal. The last 2 times Ive eating here was complete disappointment. The first time I came, the food was old and it was after I had ordered and they had me pull forward thinking they were cooking my food (WRONG). The food felt like it was pulled from the garbage. This time they put the warm food on top and the old food on the bottom. The employees take no pride in making the food at this Krystal. I will never eat there again. I will drive the extra hour to eat at the Krystal on exit 102. Always hot and fresh there. Love the management team and workers at the Krystal on exit 102. The Krystal on 36A wont be open very much longer if they dont fire the entire night staff and get someone in there that takes pride in serving the public hot and fresh food. 5/6/2017 12:30am

This is the worst Krystal Ive ever been to. The day I went, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, and it was only for two people. Then, as I went back to the counter to see why it was taking so long, one of the workers spilled fries ALL over the floor where the customers were in line at and didnt even bother to clean it up. The worst part was after we had already gotten our food, another customer came to show me that they had served her son completely raw chicken. I cant imagine that being my child biting into raw chicken. That Krystal wouldnt be in business anymore if that had happened to me.

Our orders were completely wrong even down to a grape slushie being into a green apple slushie...when brought to the young ladys attention she said she thought some one had given my grape one away so she just got the green apple one for us. Before leaving we needed refills and stood at the front counter for 15 mins without anyone to help and even manager on duty saw us standing there and basically ignored us. During our time there in the restaurant there was one young lady who was working non stop and she didnt have a name tag on to address her personally.

This location was way too slow. My husband and I pulled up to the drive-through window at 1:46pm today (Sunday), and we were asked to wait to place our order. There were three cars ahead of us at that time. Our order was not taken about 1:54pm, then we pulled forward in line. By 2:10pm, there were still two cars ahead of us; the first of those, once food was received, had to pull ahead and park as their order was incorrect. By 2:18pm, the vehicle ahead of us still had not received its food. We left and went down the street for other food.

This location was in terrible condition. Water damage in the ceiling and light fixtures, every single table and chair was dirty/stained, and most importantly the food was a huge disappointment. Sausage was pink in the center and the grits tasteless. Stoped in because its advertised as a 24 hour location but they didnt have the "lunch" menu available at 10am. Also there was no posted health grade anywhere. I wouldnt ever return and suggest you avoid this place too!

Absolutely terrible. Not only was the condition of the restaurant disgusting but the food was horrible. Food was practically heated in a microwave. There was black mold all over the ceiling and water damage on the tiles, EVERY single chair had rust, stains, and or damaged. Only giving 1 stars because I cant give it -1.

The man was super nice, on a long travel from Canada to Florida its a good place to stop by to get some food. I got straight up toast and it was good (as far as toast goes) and my brother got 2 little burgers and he said he really liked them ! Super inexpensive, the burger is like a buck.

Window guy kept getting order wrong. Gave me wrong order. Took the food back and they actually took food while food inspector was there. Then when I got my correct order it barely had any eggs on the sandwich. Took pic to send to manager. Ill drive a little further to the other store.

Cashier had a real serious attitude, had to get a little loud, management was there observing the situation, and said nothing, I wouldnt wish this customer service on anyone, I just wanted to enjoy my lunch break, pissed me off so bad I loss my appetite.
