A couple of weeks ago, I placed a to-go order, and I came in, picked it up, and got a few bites into it when I realized the filling was wrong, even though everything else on the order had the correct information. I went back in, and the same young woman who helped me the first time recognized me and was really sweet about getting my order fixed. The GM was apologetic and they got me another order, but when I got home, I got a call saying theyd sent me the wrong order again, so they remade it and comped it. I think the real measure of whether or not the customer service is good is when theres a problem, and everyone I encountered was sincerely interested in me walking away happy. And the food was great, but its always great. :)

Busy Taco Tuesday night with no seats available. We waited a long time for a seat to open up, just as our food was coming out only to have a rude, snarky waitress tell us the table was being held for a customer who had not yet arrived and her dog. We happened to find another table near by and same waitress asked us to tell anyone else who came that the table was reserved right after she denied us a table for someone who wasnt yet here. Same waitress held a table for her friends and took their order table side because the line was out the door. Very rude and very inconsiderate to customers who wait in line and seek out their own tables like normal people.

If you are having a bad day - Taco Tuesday. If you are having a bad week - Taco Tuesday. If you are having a bad month - Taco Tuesday. If you are having a bad year - you are doing it wrong. Get some tacos in your life. I look forward to Taco Tuesday with more enthusiasm than I do Christmas. You know what you are getting with TF. Great food served up quickly by adorably cute staff and this location nails all of those points. The decor is great, the hot sauce poor is full and the only thing missing is you. There are few things in life that tacos cant fix.

I went to Tijuana Flats today to celebrate my upcoming graduation with a group of friends and we were crazy but the staff was pleasant and cheerful the entire time. They interacted with us and continuously checked on us to assure we were okay and had everything we needed. Employee Rob was absolutely amazing, he took a picture of us with another employee, celebrated our graduation with us, and gifted us with free churros to finish the festivities!! Thank you so much Rob for the best experience Ive had at any restaurant in a long time!

Ive been coming here regularly for lunch. Keep in mind that I go to lunch around 9p.m. I order online every time that I go. Every time, the food takes a very long time to be prepared. The food is always great! And the customer service is always phenomenal... It just takes a while to get my food. Because of the timing issue, this is a problem with me being on a half hour lunch break. I hardly have time to finish my food before clicking back in.

The service is outstanding. The first thing you notice is them hold the door open for you and greet you. You get amazing food at a great price. They have a hotsauce bar which i love. They check in on you while you eat to see if you need anything. The enviroment is nice to for casual dinning. I love this place and always leave with a happy tummy and a smile. I recommend the Chimichonga with added queso and guacamole paired with a carona with lime

Ive been to quite a few of Tijuana Flats, and I just got a new job in the area, so you can imagine my delight finding out that there was one so close to my work. I ordered online and went to pick up my food. No wait, I was in and out and on my way with my food. I ordered the Dos Tacos, one beef, one chicken. Probably some of the best tacos Ive had in a while. I usually only get the chimichanga so Im glad I tried something new.

Ive only purchased the norrito bowl at this location. Every time Ive done so, the service has been good and timely, the food has looked great and tasted fresh, and somehow they always get my name right for the order (most people dont). My only complaints are they never include the guacamole that is supposed to come with the norrito bowl, and they rarely ask if an order is to-go.

Very laid-back, cool, and overall a positive vibe at Tijuana Flats. Great service and more importantly, great food. There are so many different, yet delicious combinations of an ordinary taco or burrito available. The hot sauce bar is very unique. It has different hot sauces at different "spicy" levels for you to choose. I highly, highly recommend this Mexican restaurant.

You cant beat their Taco Tuesdaze and Throwback Thursdays specials on tacos or burrito with chips and a drink, respectively. They can pack in a crowd at the usual lunch hour, but its worth it. Plenty of beverage options to choose from as well. Fresh tasting, high quality, and happily served food makes this a great little local food joint.

The food is so good. I love the hot sauce bar and I find myself experimenting with different tastes. Atmosphere is funky; it can be loud, but I prefer that since my kids are loud too. Servers are awesome and always providing refills. I also love that there are low fat/low cal/gluten free options that actually taste good!

The staff here is amazing every time you come in they always greet you and even come and open the door for you if they see you coming, always great attitudes and very helpful. The food here of course is great, and I love what the company stands for, check out the manifesto! I cant believe anyone would like Moes better.

What a great experience!!!! Stopped in to pick up a bunch of food for an impromptu gathering at the house and Alex was a huge help building a catering order. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I will happily come back and do this for the neighborhood frequently. Thanks, Alex and Tijuana!

TFs food is always great and tasty! The serving staff is awesome and friendly!! Ask for Moriah, she is AWESOME!!! Love this place! NEVER EVER had a bad meal here! Definitely check out the hot sauce bar. Watch the smiley faces on the labels!!!! Plus the music is great, lots of 80s hits!!

I had the worst fish tacos of my life here, but gave it 2 stars because I know a lot of people like it. Not really worth the hype to me. Try Taco Lous in Jacksonville or Madres in Saint Augustine. Also, told the manager they were way too salty and he said I know and walked off. lol

I enjoy the food, the steak and chicken are both good. The service is very good and its a bit loud for my taste but I enjoy it. I really do not get the hot sauce bar. It is not salsas like at a regular Mexican place and I have tried them all and it just isnt my thing.
