The Morning manager of this store is rude and has no interest in correcting any mistakes she makes. I ordered a "chocolate covered cream filled donut" (do a google search) and got a sugar coated chocolate filled donut. When I pointed out the mistake, she did not try to understand what I asked for, she proceeded to argue with me. "This is what you wanted", then finally gave me a double chocolate donut. Other than this one person the food is good and other servers are courteous.

I visit this Dunkins drive-though almost every day for a morning iced late. When they get my order correct it is delicious, however they only get my order correct about 70% of the time. I have returned my drink a couple of time because of the mistake, but usually i dont notice until I am already on the road to work. I hope they can work out whatever kink they have their process to correct this issue as I am assuming I am not the only one experiencing this issue.

A girl with an accent got every part of my order wrong. We waited 15 minutes to even pay, being the only ones in line. I asked for a vanilla bean coolata with no whip cream and almond milk, hash browns, and a cinnamon raisin bagel. The coolata had whip cream, wasnt icy at all, it was pure liquid, AND of course it was milk. The hash browns and bagel felt like plastic and the bagel was wrong. Im strongly displeased with the experience.

The girl with the accent like the other stated, is always really nice and friendly. Even when it is busy she keeps a smile on her face and she makes sure to repeat the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME., I always have the coffee the way I want it and love their cronut. To the lady that left the review before me, maybe pay attention to what the staff is saying to you? I dont know about you but I found that listening helps greatly.

Staff is very friendly and quick. However, the parking lot is rather small and is mess in the morning with the drive thru and locations of the parking spots. If you have a big vehicle I suggest parking next door and walking over. Everyone is mean as hell until they get there coffee, you dont want to start a parking war with people who havent had coffee at 7 am. :-)

Their staff is lovely theyre quick now I do go inside because they typically have a line in the Drive-Thru depending on what time and day is good you know mornings are busy lunches busy but theyre like when you go inside theyre not that busy walking in because everybody is lazy and dont want to get out their car

I have had the worst 2 experiences at this location. Last Wednesday they had nonlarge ice coffee cups or Caramel untill 12 pm and the guy in the window offered me to come smoke some weed with him while I would wait. Then today no caramel again!!!! Two weeks in a row on the same day??? Not happy

Without fail they always mess up drinks and my orders everytime. Id rather drive to the st Augustine location where they make my drink perfect every visit. I literally stopped buying from dunkin all together because it is not worth it to me to be paying for a screwed yoo drink.

This location among the other new Bartram Park Commercial companies have been really bad lately. This DD keeps screwing up my orders since the first day they have been open. One time I got a chicken biscuit that was still cold like it came out of the freezer.

I visit this DD various times a week and have never had a bad experience. Whether Im there at 6:30am on a weekend or a 2:30pm on a weekday, everyone is always friendly and polite. (The complete opposite of the DD on Southside Blvd, in Tinseltown, just fyi.)

I would come here in mourning sometimes before dialysis which was like 6am & the only worker would have to let me in and cook whatever sandwich I wanted. At least it wasnt preheated like most.
