Excellent food. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will visit again soon. Organic salads. Update...have visited multiple times since my original review and have become disappointed. The last two times have been within an hour of closing and they had already put the food up or had started the process leaving us feeling like we are putting them out to serve us. One of the times we left because we felt like they didnt want us there because of the time. They should not start putting the food up until the store closes. I would rather they close an hour earlier than to make me feel bad for coming in. In addition, the serving sizes have been smaller my past two visits. Love the food but not sure they will make it under the current structure.

Spoleto is one of my favorite quick Italian restaurants. The concept is simple. Select your pasta, select the items you want to mixed in and the Spoleto chefs saute, quick boil and or bake your pasta dish. If you are interested in trying other combinations, Spoleto has pre-selected items you can order. Save room for the Nutella dessert. Its delicious. Eat in, take out and outdoor seating is available.

Way overpriced. No manager insight, so terrible service, and it was just as hot inside the restaurant as outside. Will never return and when I asked for extra pasta sauce, they charged me another $1! One of the worst dining experiences ever!

Freshly made pasta, right in front of you. The food is very good and vibe very nice. You can either choose one of their creations or choose the ingredients yourself. Definitely going back there.
