I shouldve looked at the review of this place before wasting my money here. Worst customer service ever. The arrogant employee working the counters took our order and instead of making our order the way we wanted. He proceeded to make it his way. We ordered two separate upgrade fries not including the free fries that comes with the two meals we ordered. The employee made one of our fries into an upgrade without asking and then charged me another amount for the fries that wouldve came with one of our meals for free. When I questioned it he started to argue with me. I asked for the manager and of course he/she didnt come out. I dont really care about the extra amount I had to pay. Its more about integrity of a business. If I could give no stars I would. Save your money and go to the many other food shops near this place.

I went to Great Wraps a few times and I always take the Buffalo Chicken wrap. The price is correct and there is always no queue. It takes only a couple of minutes to get the wrap warm and ready. Great combination with Chick Fill A fries !
