Upon entering the resteraunt I asked how many ounces the burger was. Three employees didnt not know, a chef came out and told me 5.3 ounces. Its 13.99 before tax. Thats a terrible price for that amount of food. I order it anyway. The first tray/entree had barely any fries and they were bad and the burger had a dry bun. I asked them to remake it. Second tray was the exact same way. I wish I didnt waste calories on this terrible but I was hungry. I was at Universal Studios yesterday, I went to the Krusty Crab and the burger was twice the size. The same price and the burger was cooked to my specifications! Why cant you guys do it like that!! Get it together! I cant believe Universal - Comic Strip Cafe - wants to treat there customers like this!!

Took 20 minutes to get our food... found out after that they charge extra for ranch (which is insane because Disney doesnt even charge for ranch!) so we had to wait in line again for another 20 mins just to order ranch. The kitchen side was very slow... but the cashier was ok. I thought the staff couldve at least acknowledged that we had already got our food, so by the time we got our ranch, our food was cold. As an annual pass holder, I will avoid this location for the remainder of the year.

Food is cold and not fresh. French fries looked like they were made three hours ago and taste disgusting. Buns on the sandwich were not toasted and grilled chicken agained looked like they were grilled few hours. There was nothing fresh here for the money I spend for food. Very disappointed. I will never eat here again but place is clean and quite if you need to escape the crowed noise.

Really enjoyed eating here, had the Chinese dragon platter which was delicious, lovely beef and broccoli, great crispy fried sweet and sour chicken with lots of veg and rice. My wife had the fish sandwich and kids had chicken strips and everyone was happy

Freestyle drink machines were empty, or had diet drinks only, staff at counter will refill, reluctantly "youre supposed to use the machines", but have to wait in line to get there. NOT a good investment to but the free refill cup...

Best selection in park, but longer wait than the rides. We just waited over 45 minutes for our order. They seem extremely understaffed behind the counter and in the kitchen. I would recommend passing this place over.

Took quite long, inefficient ordering while still only 3 people in line. When the pizza arrived it was undercooked. Tasted alright.

It takes very long to get some food. Once you got it, it usually is cold and not what you ordered
