Service was slow and sullen; when I finally received the two smoothies Id ordered and made my way to the car, I took a sip of mine (blueberry bliss) and tasted water with a hint of fruit flavor. Confused, I stirred the smoothie and tasted it again. Same, watery flavor. I looked more closely at the cup to see a layer of water floating on top. I angled my straw further down to get the actual smoothie and tasted a really bland paste. I took it back inside and while waiting for assistance I saw the person who made the smoothie packing ice chips onto already blended fruit puree to pass through the blender again. The cashier was kind enough to offer to make me another one, but I declined because the issue seemed to be with the recipe/process itself and I didnt think another one would solve the issue. Most, if not all of the smoothie places Ive been to use a frozen yogurt or sorbet binder instead of ice for all of their smoothies, and this place should follow suit. My boyfriends smoothie seemed to be fine, but mine left a literal bad taste in my mouth.

have not been to this location in awhile, i work in the plaza so decided to try here today. I got a smoothie and a wrap, although my smoothie was great my wrap was not. took a bite to see a LONG black hair in my smoothie, not small at all, like a full on strain of hair, tried to pull it out but it just kept going, i got so grossed out. Im not normally one to complain but i called the store and asked if i could have a new one re made and they said yes and being im now at work, we work one person at a time i cannot come to get it. they normally do, staff here has had it done in the past on mess ups. but they told me no, they have three people working and you cant take 5 minutes max to run it over? so now i dont have food for work because someones giant black hair was in my food, said my wrap was a mess up no it was fine was just the giant hair they let fall in it.

Went in tonight an hour before closing to get a smoothie and it quickly turned busy. I ended up getting forgotten and went up after a while to see about my smoothie. The two young ladies working were quick to recognize their mistake and apoligized for their error. They were very kind and professional and even provided me with an extra smoothie and snack. I used to work in the place years ago & I know that sometimes mistakes are made. Once again the two young ladies had excellent customer service. And like always delicious smoothies. Thanks TSC!

Went for Mothers Day (yesterday). Ordered 3 different smoothies/flavors. They were horrible!! Additionally they have a special for a smoothie and half a sandwich- they refused to replace the sandwich half with a wrap half, even though they are the EXACT same price and we were ordering two wrap halves that were the same flavor (veggie hummus) within two specials. After ordering one full wrap, the tortilla was partially burnt. TRY THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE NEAR METRO WEST OR THE LOOP IN KISSIMMEE INSTEAD!!

High-quality coffee, tremendous cold brew. I really like walking down there from my house. It is a nice break, and few students visit it. The single thing I really dont like about that is the seating. This is not very convenient and not conducive to interactions. Nevertheless, Im usually a take away kind of person along with coffee.

Busy and expidited service. We ordered the surise sunset and thai chicken wrap. Place was friendly and very clean. Did not know tropical smoothie had food or how good the smoothie is. Take it and sip for an hour thats how big these smoothies are! Thanks for the healthy meal!!
