This is the second time I have ordered there and have had extremely rude service. When I went up to the counter, two young female employees were talking to each other when one asked what I would like to order. Then instead of listening to me the two girls continued their conversation. After I was finally given partial attention, I ordered but she missed me holding up and flashing her a coupon in front of her face, so she had to fix that. Then after that the total was still not correct, so I had to request a copy of my receipt. It was given to me but then the gal walked away. It was not rung up correctly, so I had to speak to the other chatting employee to point it out. Instead of apologizing, she questioned weather or not I actually ordered it correctly. It then took three employees standing there trying to fix the total, which none of them could do. They then had the nerve to argue with me again as to what I ordered before finally grabbing a calculator to figure out what they owed me. Not once did any of these girls apologize.

Sure they have good food and delicious smoothies, but their customer service is terrible. I went in and ordered lunch and a smoothie for my mom and I and was met by the cashier who acted like I was annoying him. When my food came out instead of saying my name and handing it directly to me, the lady yelled my name and literally threw it on the counter in front of me. They were a little busy so I thought about giving them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime Ive ever been to this location Ive been met with unfriendly service. I will start driving to another location.

I ordered the chicken club flat bread and a smoothy at this location about 30min ago....flat bread looked like soup inside...I returned it and found out the sauce had dumped out onto it accidentally.....??? They corrected it but still if a sauce dumps onto a sandwich is it protocol to still give it to the customer? 1st time I ever tried smoothy king. They offered a bag of chips and I didnt want that. Just wanted a decent sandwich. And Im not one to complain usually but this was too much.

The staff is sweet, but not the best smoothie making skills compared to the other locations. I always get the same smoothie once or twice a week , but their smoothie tasted very watery like they didnt have enough of the Ingredients vs ice. Tasted more like flavored slushy water. The staff was very nice and tried to remake it again but tasted the Same.. so I wont be going back. My husbands food looked really good and came out hot.

GREAT EXPERIENCE today at Tropical Smoothie cafe Bartram Park. I had a lot of questions and decisions to make about my wrap and my smoothie lol... And everyone was super helpful and friendly. My food was customized for my special desires and the taste ...AHHHmazing! To top it off, my smoothie taste great and came with a smile and special message. Thank you to Lexi and crew. You all are 3 perfect reasons to keep coming.

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie in town. Rude and uncaring staff and incorrect orders are the only items on the menu! The store stinks from mold and mildew and the restroom rarely has soap. Yum! Save your money or go to any other Tropical Smoothie in town.

Good food and service to go with it. Always jammin the reggae music for a great vibe while you wait on your order or sut in to eat. Im in here almosy every other day for a smoothie as meal replacement. They are undergoing renovations for a new look.

The food was excellent and hot. The staff was very friendly and polite. The smoothies were fabulous. Kelly the owner was very kind and she was working alongside her staff. Loved it!! Place was spotless!! Thanks for an excellent lunch!!!
