I recently visited this place with my family inclusing my sister, using a wheelchair. The service since I opened the door was excellent making us feel very welcome. They opened the door for us, seated us on the first table close to the entrance. The waiter a very tall men was friendly, gentle and fast. The salad, soup and pastas came fast and were delicious! Will definitely go back.

Today on Veterans Day I went to the Olive Garden in Orange City, Fl., to celebrate with my mom who is wheelchair bound, when I went to seat her (I usually transfer her from the wheelchair to a regular chair so that I can get her closer to the table) I accidentally smashed my moms fingers with her wheelchair she immediately started saying how bad her hand hurt and the staff was immediately there including the manager Kyle to see if there was anything that they could do, one of the customers offered something to put on my moms fingers to relieve the pain which worked like a charm. My mom eventually settled in and we proceeded to enjoy our wonderful meal, unfortunately she then became sick and again the staff Jackie our waitress and Kyle the manager and some of the other staff were right there to help us, I cant say enough about how wonderful and compassionate they were to myself and my mother. They packed up our meals and even included salad, breadsticks and drinks to go and had Richard a busboy from Croatia (wonderful young man) help my mother and I out to my car. Lest I forget there were many customers many of whom were veterans that also offered assistance and if any of them read this I would like to say Thank You, you were great.

On 3/27/16 MY family and I visited Olive Garden in Orange City, Fl. As we were eating the waitress that was serving us came over while we were eating and asked my husband if he had finished eating while he was still eating. My grand daughter was eating her shrimp the waiter came and took it away from her and put it in a take home container without her finishing eating the shrimp that she was already eating. I I went to the bathroom, on way back i got lost I ask another waitress how to get back toward the entance and she responded I am not taking care of you I cant help you. Also another of my family was eating her salad annd the waiter came and took away her salad. This is a great shame that we were treated this way. We were giving you the business. We will never return to this restaurant ever again. You need to re evaluate ur employee to be more kinder to guests and to ask if it okay to take the food before they do it. Need to give edicate claddes to your employee. If i would recomend anyone to your restaurant in Orange City, Fl I will say "DONT GO THERE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE".

So my wife and i order and get the salad. Great . Then it gets worse . We get the total wrong order. Ok mistakes happen. Then they bring some more plates. Wrong order yet again. We asked if the waiter could repeat out order. He replies something he pulled out of thin air. I asked to speak to the manager. He comes over says hes sorry. And the meal is on them. Yea right i got a bill took it to the manager and said here you go . He looks and says is there a problem. Im fuming mad. Look at him and say yes there is. You just said this meal was free. His reply is priceless Sorry nothing is free you have to pay. I looked at him and my wife and i walked out. Take your money else where. Place is WAY OVER RATED.

- No loyalty program or any coupons not meant "for two" or not limited to "dine in only". - Paying $17 for sauce, noodles and some small frozen shrimp and scallops is super overpriced. Soup included even its way too much for what you get. - Cant even get seafood alfredo anymore. They stopped serving scallops period in their dishes which killed a regular meal for me right there. Olive Garden doesnt really seem to pay attention or care that I liked to get that once or twice a week, so I dont really care I get that meal elsewhere now either. Bring it back and at a little lower price and maybe I come back. Darden why are your restaraunts sucking this bad now?

When you walk into this restaurant, the odor of italian food and bleach hits my nose. The wait staff is good and the food is just as tasty as found at other Olive Garden locations. Its a good, familiar experience consistent with the Olive Garden formula but not memorable. The dining area is nice but during my last few visits, the booth table seemed crowded with three of us dining. Much of the food is good but not exciting. The salad is mainly a bowl of lettuce and the breadsticks are hot, doughy and boring. A few tweaks to the food to bring it to life, a more exciting salad and hot bread dipped in garlic and olive oil could give this Italian some pizazz!

My daughter took me to the Olive Garden in Orange City today to celebrate my birthday. The first thing we noticed as we were being seated was an offensive musty odor. Our waitress while friendly enough wore a dirty blouse. The food looked like it was left over from yesterday and then reheated. It was horrible. The raviolis were tough and my daughters chicken in her chicken parmesan was so overcooked that it was shriveled up and dry. Oh...and our table was dirty when we were seated and no one bothered to wipe it off. We paid the bill and just left. Might as well thrown that $50 out the car window, Wont ever go back.

GREAT examples of what is GOOD about Olive Garden! Meaghan and Naomi are professional, friendly, efficient, team-players, and welcoming! Meaghan and Naomi wear smiles when they work! Please recognize these team players for their GREAT customer service and strong work ethic! Also, please recognize the manager, Christina, because it is obvious that the members of this very capable team reflect the influence of their leadership! I observed the entire floor staff all working in unison and cohesively. Very capable! Very strong team!

The steaks were poorly cup portions, the waitress was average didnt keep up with our drinks. The whole experience was poor I was very disappointed. Understandably we only had four people but even if its only one that customer recommends other customers we will not recommend other people this is not the first time we got into all of garden somewhere not impressed
