All I can say is wow...I wish there was a 0 stars option. Orlando Location: After literally being sat for 10 min, one of the three servers that saw me and my girlfriend sitting down (she was waiting on a party of 20 and also apparently our designated server) told the bus boy to get us menus because when we walked in, the sign said "seat yourself". Please keep in mind the servers that had the tables to our right and left, both looked at us (more than a few times) and didnt say so much as "someone will be right with you." When we were finally given our menus by the bus boy, there was no explanation as to why we were waiting so long or who our server was eventually going to be. Nor did he offer to get us water or anything else to drink. At this point I asked for the manager. After watching the bus boy run around for no less than 5 minutes trying to find the manager, he came back and said "Reese" would be over in a few minutes, hes upstairs doing the schedule. Ive only been in the restaurant business for 30+ years so maybe Im wrong but should the manager be "upstairs doing the schedule" at 8pm on a Saturday night? Reese did finally show up to our table to explain that "because there was an "event" tonight (one at the Amway Center, I assume) the servers may have gotten mixed up with regard to the floor chart". Of course this doesnt explain the HORRIBLE TRAINING of staff that would allow the servers to our right and left to look at us and not acknowledge the fact that two new guests had sat down. I inquired also at this point if he was the only manager on duty. Apparently a bar manager and kitchen manager were also on duty but Im assuming since Reese had to come out of the office to deal with us, the other managers are either incapable or its not in their job description. Ok, now we have been assigned Francis as our server. Shes sweet enough and apologetic, however when my girlfriend and I ordered an appetizer and a sandwich (that we told her we were going to split) they both came out at the same time. When you think the experience in a restaurant cant get any worse, youre once again surprised by how bad the training must be in this venue. The icing on the cake was the sandwich that came out. It had about 5oz of chicken on one half of the sandwich and maybe 1oz on the other side. Someone in the kitchen assembled this sandwich and thought it was acceptable to send it to the guest. Once again I called Reese to our table. I think the part that had me most dumbfounded was the blank stare and unapologetic look on Reeses face as I was explaining the difficulty his staff was having. There was absolutely no attempt on his part to salvage our experience other than to say, "be sure to come back and see us" as we were getting up at this point to leave. I can only assume this was sarcasm, because if youre willing to allow guests to have this type of experience and offer no explanation or anything else for that matter in return, who in their right mind would ever frequent your establishment again? Im speechless for anything more to say. In over 30 years in the restaurant business I can honestly say I dont think you could accomplish this type of disaster if you tried, yet it seemed completely natural for the staff and management of Harry Buffalo.

Very disappointed with our visit to Harry Buffalo. This was my first time going here, and I must say that any other random fast food place on Colonial wouldve been a better choice. I went to an event at the arena across the street so we chose this place mostly because of its convenient location. Upon entering, I really loved the look of the place. It was very welcoming. However, I cant give this place more than 2 stars because the server took entirely too long to bring our food and when it arrived, it was not what i expected at all. I ordered beef tacos and they were tasteless. I thought it was impossible to mess up tacos but this place did it. I ordered another appetizer and that was too greasy. The only food I enjoyed was the waffle fries that came with the tacos but there were only about 6 of those on the plate. I gave this place 2 stars for the cool look and the cheap price. Our bill didnt exceed $25 which was pretty great. I wont be returning until they improve the quality of their entrees and add cooks in the kitchen who know what theyre doing. Also, the slow service time almost made me late to the arena event.

Dishonest and Greedy... I called ahead to find out if HB was airing the Mayweather-Paquio fight, and was told on the phone that it was a $10 cover charge. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes to get in, I was then told the cover charge was $20. When telling the attendant what I was told on the phone, she said, "I know, but the cover charge just went up to $20, because of how busy we are... sorry". If I could had easily found another place that was airing the fight on HBO/Showtime/PPV, I would have left. Then, it was standing room only, which is fine until you constantly get knocked into by a couple rude bartenders (most staff were friendly about trying to move through the overcrowded upstairs). For as many people that were here tonight, this place was clearly understaffed and ill-prepared for such a large crowd (they ran of of pitchers for beer and started selling them by the can and bottles). I noticed customers all around me making faces and getting impatient with the really slow service.

A group of friends and I went here for dinner and drinks on the second floor right by the bar and after hearing one of them rave about the food, I guess I had relatively high expectations. It was a Friday night and I was pleasantly surprised to see the Lenten specials! I got the fish tacos and the potato pierogies. The pierogies had the taste and texture of plastic kind of and like they were just warmed up from a freezer stock. The fish tacos were actually pretty good - the fish was the nice balance between crispy and soft - but it was so, so unfortunate that the actual taco didnt have flavor. The pico de gallo on there was just tomato and onion, no spices or salts. The bartender gave us a round of grasshopper shots after and they were delicious. I would go back to give it another chance since their menu seemed to be pretty extensive.

Not good for lunch, sickening food and horrible service. Ive been here for lunch at least a half dozen times over the past 8 months and each time it seems to get even worse. The food here always leaves me nauseated for the rest of the afternoon, like theres something wrong with their food. The service is consistently slow, even if Im one of the only ones at the place. For example, there were two groups there yesterday other than me and it still took an hour to get our food. The place was practically empty! Unless youre looking to leave work due to an afternoon stomach ache, steer clear of this place for lunch, youre taking a chance with your health otherwise.
