Stopped in to pick up a lunch order of fried rice and egg rolls. I always ask for extra soy sauce because with a quart size you will be reheating the rice. Nastiest cashier/waitress ever!!! This woman has worked there forever, retired once and came back. I was mortified as she lectured me on requesting more sauces and told me Id have to pay extra just to get more sauce. She went on and on with the questioning on why I needed that many which is none of her business! She doesnt even own the restaurant and how awful to treat a paying customer like that. If I sat at a table I could use what I wanted out of the bottles!! She gave me mustard packets which I throw away! So I paid $10 for dried up rice and a nasty lecture. I will never go back!! My sister and I have been customers for years and I wasnt that fond of the food but there are not many choices in town. Every time this woman waits on a table I have never seen her even smile. She told me no restaurant gives extra sauce but the one in DELTONA puts all the sauces out for you to select as many packets as you like. Ill be going there from now on. This woman has NO class at all and shouldnt be working in a restaurant.

Wanted to try to support this place because my sons preschool recommended it but I went in to eat with my son last week and waited about 10 minutes to be greeted (there were three tables seated). There were also two other parties waiting in the lobby area. A lady finally came out and said, "you want take out?" No, I replied that I wanted to dine in. Her response was that we would have to wait about 30 minutes to be seated because she was too busy. No smile, no sorry about that - just a very rude "go away." Not sure if it was because I was with my toddler son? He was being VERY well behaved and waiting quietly in a chair. I cant comment on the food because I never got to try any. I did end up with Chinese take out, but not from there!

Wouldnt serve me for soup.. wouldnt let me charge soup to go, only cash (which I didnt have), so refused my order. I politely said ok, Ill just use the restroom then... Bathroom was filthy and no soap. Built up dirt/hand gunk on the light switch, residue on the toilets. As I walked out I told her "have a good day" and she completely ignored me. The restaurant was empty and she was right next to me. Very poor service and I didnt even get food.

I dont know what was nastier the food or the women who took our order!!! Absolutely the worst chinese food ive had in this area. From the eggrolls to the general tso chicken it was disappointing and just NOT right!!! THE WOMEN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS!!!! She is rude and mean and has no respect or appreciation for customers! The beef with Garlic sauce was like soup, the fried wontons were stail!!! Overall DISGUSTING!!!!

This place used to have the best chinese food around. Now they have new owners, although they wont admit it. The food is really bad and they give you ridiculously small portions. I never thought Id be saying this, but the fast food chinese chains taste better than this place. Dont waste your money. Oh yeah, they always get the order wrong. They also are not friendly like the old owners were.

Great service, great food. All three of us got the combination dinner, with hot & sour soup (delicious!), egg roll, fried rice, & a different meat selection--sesame chicken, General Tsos chicken, and sweet & sour pork. Its really a shame that this restaurant is not as popular as it once was. We had a great experience on a Saturday night, and all have leftovers for tomorrow.

It was better when it was under different management but i found out from asking question that the previous owner retired after 20+ years so after several visits under the new management i have reduced my stars from 5 to 3 due to the customer service and some small differences in quality to some dishs

This place used to be really delicious years I mean years ago. After moving back to the area I ordered to go, when I got home the food smelled really funny but still tried it and WOW it was disgusting. Never going back and would not recommend to anyone. Believe the negative reviews its awful.

The food is not good anymore. Nothing tastes fresh, especially the shrimp with lobster sauce. The pork lo mein is horrible. They forget to give you some of your food. So check your bag. They give you a spoon full of rice which is not enough for your meal. I will never go there anymore.

Awful This place is less than a half mile away, so it would be convenient, however it so bad that its not worth it. Horrid food. We tried to eat there twice in 18 years. Not a long of a break. I would rather eat my shoes. Service was horrible both times as well.

Quite honestly this place was really gross. Save yourself the trip as I feel extremely sick after eating here. We were even told they were out of fried rice..... So they gave us white rice and soy sauce....... Which I believe makes fried rice when fried

It aint kobes. What do you expect for the price point. The food is good with clean plating. As for the portion, how much food does one need. I ate there under the old owners and the current one. Considering the price point, Im satisfied.

The fact that there was no one in the restaurant the entire time were there; was indication of something was wrong. It turned out true : bad Chinese rice. Bad shrimp in lobster sauce and the decor was out-of-date.

New owners although they claim they are not. Their answer always is I forgot to put it in. The old owners from over a year ago would never say that. Young people who dont know how to handle their customers.

They got the order wrong. The brown colored rice was undercooked and tasteless. The shrimp was not firm, but dissolved.
