Call me crazy... My wife and I decided World of Beer was a good option to meet her old co-workers in town for the day. And bring along our two kids under 2 years old... When we arrived at 2pm on Sunday afternoon (during football season!!) there werent any open tables inside. Everyone was watching the game and the place was packed. Its open seating, so... with 4 adults, two kids and a double-stroller, we were totally out of luck on snagging air conditioned seating. So... we decided to sit outside. Holy cow. We were melting by the time the beer showed up. I wasnt sure how we were going to last through a whole meal. And then, our server, Morgan, did something AMAZING. "Hey, a table JUST opened up right here inside the door I think will work for you guys. If you HURRY you might be able to snag it!" "YES!" And we scrambled the stroller, kids, water, beer and our butts through the doors as fast as we could into air-conditioned, booth-seated bliss. She helped carry our drinks inside. After that, Morgan did a great job taking care of our orders and the food was great. I especially loved the pretzel. It comes to the table hanging on a big hook -- its pretty impressive. THANK YOU MORGAN. You saved our afternoon.

Currently have been sitting here for an hour in the VIP section. As a server myself, I can tell when a place is busy. They are busy, but not to the point where customers are not able to be served. After an hour sitting here, I got my tater tots lukewarm and have still not gotten the water I asked for. Had it been a confusing order I might be more willing to understand the slip-up, but any server worth their tips knows to bring waters out at the start because its the easiest thing you will be asked to do all night. The tater tots themselves taste like frozen tots with nacho cheese poured over them-- not something I /dislike/, but certainly not what I expect for 7.50. The atmosphere was okay, but I mostly enjoyed it because of the people I was there with. Truthfully, their large screen viewing of ESPN backed by blasting Michael Buble was more bothersome than positively adding to the experience any.

What a disappointment... every single time we are on the patio the service is horrible and the food just comes out sporadically. Our server also didnt seem to give a damn about us or the tables around us. An example of this is we had ordered wings but didnt receive any plates or napkins, and when we asked he just looked at us and then went and took another tables order. We had to speak to the manager 3 or 4 times. She did take care of us but this place will always be just awful to go to from now on.

This place is ran like a kindergarten. The service is very friendly but management hasnt the slightest understanding of sections so they are running around with no guidance. I even witnessed the big red headed manager belittle a female staff member in front of guests. Id say come for the beer selection but even that hasnt changed in about 6 months. Definitely dont eat here either the kitchen staff smokes blatantly in front of this place then walks to the back to cook your microwaved food.

Clean and a pretty view, but the worst service at a WOB. Love the brand and go often in our home area, but we waited 30 mins to get waited on in a place less than half full with servers passing us every 5 mins telling us to wait. Went to the bar to get our own drinks from a girl behind it. She was sweet and told us someone would be out. They never came. After 30 more minutes we left. I left feeling like we did something wrong. I just wanted to people watch and have a beer.

My coworkers and decided to have our Christmas brunch party at this location. Service was great, I give the server props for being able to put up with all of us. I ordered a mimosa when I got there, but it was terrible. I dont what was worst the champagne or the juice. I tried giving it to a few of my friends before sending it back, nobody liked it. The food was alright. I wasnt impressed with anything we ordered. The environment was great and so was the service.

Its moderately busy after work during the week if you want to come in, grab a beer, and decompress. The bartenders are great about being attentive to you food and drink needs without constantly checking in you. Theyre also great at making recommendations if you tell them what you like. The food is good, but there arent a lot of healthy options if you dont want a salad. The indoor live music can be a little loud for sitting and chatting with your friends.

My brother, my mom and myself LOVE going to the market downtown every Sunday. There is a bottomless mimosa tent for $12 structured from world of beer. Than we actually came to world of beer and we had an awesome server who is super cute named Michael, food is great. Server is great and beer selection is amazing which is a huge hit with my family. Love this place. 10 out of 10. If anyone goes to the market on Sundays they should definitely pay a visit

I have been visiting this location since they opened 2 years ago. Staff is always friendly and attentive even when the place is packed. Ideal location next to Lake Eola within walking distance to Thornton Park and downtown nightlife. They have a regular menu, brunch menu, and specialty plates in addition to a constantly rotating draft menu. They also host live music, trivia, and special events. I always enjoy sharing a good beer here with friends.

Come for the beer, come back for the wings. This place is perched up on the perfect spot overlooking the park. If you can grab a table, get ready for some great wings. I personally prefer the dry rub-- they are large wings with plenty of juicy meat. The German Pretzel with the housemade cheese is pretty great, too. Then theres the whole beer selection. Even the most bougie hop fiends will find something to enjoy.

My experience at this World of Beer (like most of them) is just eh. One bonus of this place is that it over looks Lake Eola, which honestly not too many places do. It is a prime location. Just like the other World of Beers, this place gets insanely busy, causing the service to be just satisfactory. My husband and I prefer more low key places, which is very hard to find in this neck of the woods.

Unfortunately theres no 0 stars. Full flat bread is $13, regular is $7. Full flat bread is smaller than any other place Ive been in Orlando, and usually they will cost 10 bucks. Ordered 10 wings and they sent the wings with 2 pieces of celery. Two pieces. Any other place would be like 5 to 8. And servers will stop by your table every 30min. And the place is not even close to be full.

The World Of Beer franchise is awesome for anyone looking to expand their knowledge of beer while taking down some new suds. This particular store is special not only for its vast selection of imported and domestic brews but also for its great food and relaxing atmosphere. Have a drink and unwind on the patio and watch the swan Boats on Lake Eola float past. Excellent place!
