The gir in the red shirt tonight....she is rude why she working there beats me.....Im trying to place my order tonight and some customer they had messed up his order before left then i come along he decides he is going to reach around/over me to make sure they get to him after he left the line and Im trying to place my order..... I was pissed cause he did that.....but the girk in the red shirt decides she going to tell me "oh why you getting mad for " " he was here before me" so instead of placing an order i decided not to get anything all together. Even after that exchange she was still in front of her staff running her mouth off about the situation....very totally unprofessional and rude.

This place should not be getting any stars at all when it comes to customer service their terrible... i thought managers are suppose to correct employees when their wrong but they are just the same RUDE!!! how can you just pull up in the drive thru and the worker is already cursing through the intercom, not only that she rushed me to order my food.. While ordering food I wanted a little extra tomato and lettuce she said she was gonna charge me... I seen that she had an attitude so I told her no thank you and back away from the drive thru. This Is Not My First Bad experience BUT Its My Last Never Again

Horrible service. Walked to window while waiting for my Uber. Took 20 minutes which caused a 5.00 extra Uber wait charge. Short haired "tough female mgr." told me to move to a side window. After asking 3 times I got fries vs. chili cheese & no wings. Sauce was thrown on wings & cold fries were thrown & chili added. Sauce was quickly thrown on wings and ALL leaked on my lap on ride home. Asked for receipt and didnt get one! Called corporate customer service and it was not effective. STAY AWAY!

Waited in line for 30 minutes then told I could only order large combo, I can barely eat burger and small fry so refused and settled for just the burger! Got home and Bacon Peppercorn burger lacks flavor, which disappoints me because I am always satisfied with flavor of burgers. But even though I was dissatisfied with food, I would have been okay IF I DID NOT WAIT from 10:40-11:10! So upset at the waste of time at a FAST food place!

Some reviews here are pretty harsh. You are not having dinner at Le Cirque. Its Checkers on Sunrise and all in all they do a great job. Food is fast and fresh. You cant beat the fries. Do make sure you have everything before you pull out -- Ive learned that if you ask for the two apple pies for a dollar you HAVE to make sure they are there -- cause 70% of the time they forget. But the staff is always nice.

Keep Driving!!! Just Horrible, Ordered and had to wait so damn long that I turned my car off; not only did I decide to leave after another 8 mins of waiting behind only 1 damn car, But the worker at the damn window let the car in front of me change there order and drinks abt 3 damn times while I finally got tired if waiting, Place deserves 0 stars and New Management

Bad customer service they close one line tell me to go to the other side because someone waiting on food been waiting for over 10 minutes customer still in the other lane waiting long line came at 5:35. Now its 603 food burnt & nasty employee on the phone in the park lot new staff needed asap

Terrible customer service. The crew obviously never had any training when it comes to talking to customers. I ordered a bacon burger that didnt come with bacon. No napkins ketchup or a smile. Waited at order box for 5 min b4 even being acknowledged. They suck!

Horrible service they never get your order right .if you ask for no onions they still fix the burger they way they want .they always have you back up in drive threw to stop there clock but it take forever for you to get your meal and the order still be wrong .

When you are craving the greasiest food possible be sure to stop by here. It is worth it after a few drinks but i wouldnt make it a usual lunch spot. Drive thru was fast and orders always correct.
