Health Department should shut this place down!! Manager with waist-long hair (that she constantly touched) prepared orders while in a personal telephone call. WEAR HAIRNETS!! Kelvin wiped his nose with the back of his hand and proceeded to prepare orders. The place is a filthy mess with trash strewn about the floor. The ice maker, in one of the two soda machines, isnt working. A customer just brought a shoe and mini football in from the parking lot. The manager took them in her bare hands! This whole experience occurred between 13:30 and 1:00 pm. On top of everything else--my burger was cold and tasted horrible. In summary, the place is a mess; the employees indifferent and/or poorly trained. Ditto for the supervisor. Fire everyone and start anew.

Have I never walked into a burger king that is dirty. As you walk by, you see garbage all around the area and the bathrooms smell like a swamp. As I was waiting on my order... You can see the employees work slow. Almost like turtles. You see one with her spatula slowly spreading it on a hot dog as it she was making love to it. And you see another employee kinda walking around with money in her hand and the step were kinda like a 15 hour shift for me walking to bed. I have literally stand there waiting about 2p minites for the orser. And yet they forgot part of my order. Honestly go across the street to McDonalds or Wendys

Very very very poor service!! I walked in and all the employees are having a "meeting in which they are using open profanity along with the manager named is" dunda." I asked them are you guys open or are you closed (after standing there for 4 minutes mind you) to which all of them respond" naw we closed." They were open it was only 9pm. And the conversation in the meeting wasnt even about work ; its about home internet. Burger King corporate you need a new staff here from the head down to the floor sweeper.

Ok people you can stop with all the fake positive feedback this place is a dump every person that they hire there is rude the service is slow the drive thru was horrible and everyone that works there has very bad attitude problems. if you wanna go to Burger King go to a different one. dont believe me? Go and see for yourself. They cant even get a simple order correct (especially the drive thru!) RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Horrible.. I live very close and love burger King but this place is HORRIBLE! The people most all of them are rude, almost always mess up my order. The worse part, I ordered an oreo brownie sundae and they made the wrong one and ssome idiot teenager had the nerve to say oh well she cant exchange it! What!? Ive lived close for a year now and this has been like this all the time! Pitiful and trifling!

The Saddest Excuse For Food Ive Ever Seen. Employees were rude and gave me attitudes and insisted a tip even though I dont believe they should. Manager Was A Violent man and was screaming and cursing at his employees. ~Keep In Mind This Place is a family Restaurant~ I ordered a cheese burger and got a sad excuse for food it was a wet microwaved mess and the fries tasted like a salt shaker

The manager Ivy is a (blank) and is the worst manager ever she has no class what so ever and does not know how to manage. Supposedly she was suppose to have her own BK store off US 1 and Commercial but somehow that didnt work out due to her poor managing skills now she at this BK store ruining it.
