I want to start by saying that my girlfriend and I loved this place. We ate here several times a month, the food was great, the service was good, and the prices were fair. We loved the atmosphere. If I had written this review 3 months ago it would have been five stars easily. But now, only two. The past few times we have eaten here the service and food quality has gotten progressively worse culminating with our dinner last night which prompted me to write this review. We arrived around 6:30 there was no line to order, I had the B.A.D. burger and she had burger fi cheese burger, she ordered a shake and I ordered a float. When our food came up the buns were still very cold to the touch but the burgers were otherwise very good. When after a few minutes our shake/float handt come up my girlfriend went back to the counter to see what was going on. The girl at the counter had forgotten to make them and didnt really seem to care. My girlfriend just said we would like fountain drinks instead of having to wait further the cashier got angry that she had to hand over a couple of cups. The last straw was when my girlfriend asked for a refund for the difference in price (which was only a couple of bucks) the two girls working made fun of here for asking for such a small refund. I hate saying this but I doubt we will be back. We love the food but the quality of service has reached an unacceptable level. Ill go to five guys in Aventura Mall or Bulldog Bar-B-Que and Burgers (which is great with great service) a few minutes south on Biscayne Blvd.

Un tranquilo sitio para comer una hamburguesa vegetal. Aunque mi experiencia tan solo fue comer una original hamburguesa vegetal acompañada de patatas fritas y un refresco. El resto de comensales comieron la hamburguesa tradicional con huevo y dieron el visto bueno. En general el sitio estaba limpio, aunque el servicio de caballeros estaba un poco sucio. El personal agradable y simpático.

I am a long time fan and customer ar Burger-Fi, since the first one here in SoFla opened up by Lauderdale By the Sea. I live here in Aventura now. For the past few months, it seems like at least every time we call the machine for the milkshakes is always frozen or broken or etc. when I want spoke to the manager about it he even had the audacity to argue with me and say that that was not correct when in fact I have come on several occasions and wasted my time. So now I have to call ahead, but it seems the problem has not been fixed. SO, I am posting this! In hopes someone will see it and speak to the manager on our behalf! please send them a new machine !! Thank you!! From those of us who love chocolate malts.

Dont ever order ubereats from them. I ordered "extra burger fi sauce on the side VERY IMPORTANT", and they go ahead and send a souceless burger with garbage brand ketchup packets on the side. I will never eat here again until I get some sort of refund or free burger for this piece of crap burger that I received. Also, the coke I ordered was supposed to be a Mexican coke and they sent me a fountain drink that tasted more like a mixture of all soft drinks. Needless to say I couldnt be more disappointed. Manager was not helpful at all, I was expecting an apology and all I got was her telling me to call ubereats to have them pick it up. Why dont you call uber eats, have me talking to a damn call center in India.

I used to really like Burgerfi and have been to many locations. But this place is going to downhill fast. I have been coming to this location regularly foe months. At first it was great. Great food great service. Recently the customer service has been terrible. My boyfriend ordered a burger with no lettuce or tomato. When he picked up the order he told the woman so. She said "if you arent allergic to it you can take it off yourself" and that is just the tip of the iceburg. Clearly there has been a change in management that doesnt care about service. You are better off going to Five Guys down the street in the mall. Where you get more food for your money.

The staff at BurgerFi were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I tried the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Next time I might see if they can add avocado to it. The food is a little pricey, but good quality and tastes delicious. They brought around samples of their custard which was the perfect end to a delicious lunch. I do wish they had a smaller size option for fries. The regular is just more than I could ever eat alone and feels wasteful.

This Burgerfi has a lot of space inside and outside so it is great for big parties of people. Burgers are customizable but as you add options the price rises. There are no combos so although the burger may be somewhat cheap, the restaurant really gets you with the order of fries and drinks. Speaking of drinks, there is a Good selection of beverages from sodas to beers. I dont recommend the hot dogs as they are quite small and not filling.

It’s becoming increasingly common to find vegetarian and vegan choices in hamburger restaurants, and Burgerfi with its VegeFi is no exception. In its Miami locations, Burgerfi’s mouth-watering menu includes top-grade hormone & antibiotic-free beef, as well as its quinoa burger than can be ordered either with bread or wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, certainly a healthier alternative.

Out of all the burger options in the area, Burgerfi is one of the few that has great quality and product. The place is always clean, the service is friendly with people like Kassandra, you dont feel alienated for dining. ..they actually want your business... and of course the burgers are awesome! My son loves the custards, its an all around win. Enjoy

Great place to hangout! Option to eat inside or outside! Super friendly environment! Servers there are already bubbly and eager to assist. About the food though... Oh my yum! Never disappointed with any of the options to eat. Options for both meat and non meat eaters. My new favorite burger joint!

Although theyre very polite, tidy, and in a nice environment. Music was a bit loud, also this specfic location seem to have a very set menu meaning they were not willing to exchange certain ingredients to accommodate what I originally wanted eat, overall an okay experience not completely satisfied.

Service confused, but tried hard. Said our burgers didnt come out with fries because I ordered them later, but I ordered them with our food. Girl at register did not know how to ring in our rewards so messed that up. They were nice and brought it to table and brought around custard samples.

The Burgers was awesome but the service was ok and also why me and my wife was sitting in at a table one of the employees came around sweeping the rag and floor right where we was eating i ask her to stop but she look at me and just continue sweeping i was very upset but kept my cool.

Delicious food as usual, but staff needs training urgently. No greeting customer and listening what the customer wants. Ive been to the ones in Miami Beach south and North theyre exceptional in customer service. I will improve the rating if next time I feel welcome to this place.
