What a bummer! I was super excited to try the grub and enjoy the atmosphere at Rok:Brgr and wed planned a business get-together here for dinner. The food sounded delectable and it seemed that this would be a fun trendy place to get something a bit different. The menu offerings are interesting and unique and they advertise the many awards their burgers have won - certainly this should be a sure shot! We ordered the calamari, spinach dip and poutine (anywhere that has poutine gets an automatic 1-star increase on Yelp). The poutine wasnt Canadian-grade delicious but it was still pretty tasty. The calamari was the star of the appetizers by far! Everyone at our table ordered something a bit different from the burger menu and I think we all ended up a bit disappointed. My selection was the Sweet Caroline, a burger filled with aged cheddar, BBQ short-rib, creamy coleslaw, fried onions and Bourbon BBQ sauce. Certainly that description scream mouth-wateringly delicious, right!? Kinda wrong. It was fairly flavorless and boring. If this was an award winner at some contest, I have doubts about the quality of the other selections. All of the food was edible and not gross by any means but really was just kind of blah. What really made the trip here a drag was our waitress. She was a complete itch with a capital B. She was blatantly rude and even grabbed one of my colleagues hands when she was annoyed that he was lightly drumming to the music with his finger on the table. Perhaps she thought she was funny but it certainly wasnt perceived that way by anyone in my party. After the dinner was over and we were parting ways, I asked to speak to the manager and was a bit disappointed by his lack of concern over my complaints about our waitress. He apologized but it didnt feel like he really cared. Im not sure how they continue to attract business if this is the way they treat customers, especially a large group of well-behaved business customers that fielded a fairly hefty check. We probably wont be back when we visit the area.

Walking in the Decor is a rustic chic feel. With no wait on a Friday night we were seated as soon as we walked through the door. The place was busy yet still had room. There was throwback hip hop playing on the speakers. For drinks I had the Rosemary Lemonade. It was refreshing, delicious and strong. For $11 it was worth the price. Then we shared an appetizer of Fried Pickles. The batter was crispy, perfectly fried to golden standards in fresh oil leaving them not saturated. The accompanying dill sauce was also very good. I would add it to the burger as well. For my main dish I chose the Wild Turkey Burger with arugala and avacado. Their meat portion was huge. It was seasoned and cooked well yet was still juicy and not dried out. The fries were good but were a bit too salty and had some burnt ones in the batch. Service was great, even though my second drink did take a while to come. Had to finish it while we packed up the remainder of our meal. They also offer specials during the week as well as Sunday Brunch. I shall return to try their Brunch menu.

Ordered food from here via uber eats for my birthday, spent over 50 dollars for mediocre food. Burger was not on the bun when it came, so i had to pick up a wet, greasy burger and manually put it on there for some reason. It was also super meh, not worth 15 dollars in the slightest. Ive gotten a better burger from five guys and even mcdonalds than here. The fries that came with it were hard and dry. Loaded tater tots were a solidified brick of cheese and gross tasting bacon with super greasy tater tots...i couldnt even eat them they were so gross. "Disco fries" were also a solidified mass of cheese and fries, and were also put in the bag sideways. I have a sneakong suspicion that a microwave was used. Overpriced and disgusting food, will never eat here ever again.

Good God this place was horrible. I was on my way to Brio next door when I decided to try this place. I have never eaten such low quality food before. I seriously felt like inducing vomiting to get that nasty food out of my body - and I only mustered enough courage to have a few bites. From the arrogant too cool attitude of the bald server to the rock hard biscuits, to the disgusting kids chicken fingers. I told my wife and kids to get up and we left. The burger inside wasnt even brown, it was white from the high fat content. Adding insult to injury, the food took an hour to be served. Needless to say I am never going back. Save your money and go to McDonalds for a better experience. At least McDonalds doesnt serve instant coffee.

Changing my review to a 1 after I caught the owner trolling my Fb personal n business pages. Food is ok but not worth the wait. The service truly is terrible. I ordered lobster Mac n Cheese and they took 45 minutes to bring it. I think they went to the ocean to catch the lobster. Waiter came by our table 2 times. I brought 2 friends from out of town and it was embarrassing how long everything took for not so busy night. Save yourself the trouble and go to any place in gulfs Gulfstream. Marc Falsetto if you read this, you are an jerk Internet troll and should be ashamed of yourself. Instead of taking all the negative reviews you have here to make your restaurant better, you troll your customers. Coward!

Great food and atmosphere but horrible service. I was super excited to try their brunch and went with a couple of friends expecting a great experience. We had to ask for all the essentials, silverware, water, ketchup. To make things worse our waitress, Jenny R. never came around so we had to ask the bussers we saw for what we needed. Felt so bad and like a bother that we even tipped the busser who was helpful. To top things off we see our waitress going over and beyond for a couple leaving and rushing to catch up to them to give them two to go cups filled with champagne. Hands down the worst service I have EVER experienced in a restaurant.

Food was fine. Same as all the other rok brgrs. We came on a saturday night and expected it to be busy but were quoted a 30minute wait. We finally sat down after 2 hours. I dont mind waiting but they seem to know that the wait will be much longer than they are quoting and I dont like being lied to. Otherwise, it was just an average burger joint. Not worth the wait or high prices but if youre dying for a burger and are stuck in the area its not the worst decision you can make.

I love love all of their burgers on the menu. I go on Mondays, they have $10 burgers all day long. My absolute favorite is the truffle burger, Im addicted to it. The intense taste of truffle just bursts in your mouth the moment you bite into it, its soooooooooo good I dont even know what words would be able to describe how good it is. It is beyond delicious. I have never ever tasted a burger this good in my life and Im a big burger fan.
