Es una pena que somos clientes asiduos a la sucursal original de pinecrest y cada vez que vamos a la de Miami Beach algo nos sale mal. En ésta ocasión no podían cobrar con tarjeta, en otras ocasiones las empanadas estaban rancias, en otra ocasión el café frío. Definitivamente pasa algo en la capacitación de personal distinto a todas las demás sucursales, y también los precios son más altos aquí. Conocemos el de la calle 40 West y son súper amables incluso de madrugada. Mucho por mejorar al gerente de esta sucursal. Les dimos 3 oportunidades pero no vamos a volver.

Hola estoy vicitando el bakery pues como trabajadora q fui de la compañía se la calidad de los productos pero la atención de este lugar está fatal pedí un pan con bistec y me dieron un churrasco la dependiente no tenia idea de que es un pan con bistec por supuesto q lo regrese y cuando volvieron a traerlo estaba frío lo mande a calentar y lo calentaron con papel y todo por supuesto q se pegó creo q ustedes son bastante estrictos y la calidad del pan con bistec estaba mailicimo

Cada día peor, el café frío , tienes que preguntarle a las muchachas a que te atiendan, en otra ocasión pedimos una empanada y estaba rancia, el pastel de guayaba medio viejo,la maquina no acepta tarjetas de crédito y los precios más caros, lo peor, mucho que aprender de la franquicia de Pinecrest, no pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero aquí

Todas las empleadas de Pinecrest Bakery en Alton Road SON EXTREMADAMENTE SERVICIAL, ATENTAS Y AGRADABLES. TRATAN A TODOS LOS CLIENTES Y CLIENTAS MUY CORDIAL Y RESPETUOSAS. Removido el resto de lo escrito por respteo al establesimiento y los empleados y duenos cuales "todas" son excelente con los clientes.

I waited for 15 minutes for a sandwich. When I went to the counter to ask what was taking so long the lady just pointed to a bag on the counter. They did not even tell me it was there. Mind you, I was the only person in the store at the time. I could let that slide, since it was a harmless mistake, just a waste of time. The thing that really was bad was when I came home and opened the sandwich, they had messed up the order. What kind of Philly cheesesteak has NO cheese?! Ive had good experiences at the Pinecrest location, but this one was poor.

I would 5 star BUT...Ive been here a few times since I just recently discovered it. Each time the food is great, but the service not so much. I know what its like to work in food service and Im sure they are tired but come on, at least try NOT to look like every customer is a burden to you. Whether I speak to those girls in Spanish or English, they have this look on their face like they wish they could be somewhere else. They need a better attitude simply because they are paid to provide friendly customer service. It will make or break a store.

Muy mala atencion. A los empleados les gusta ridiculizar a los clientes. Parece que la gerencia lo permite, por eso no pongo el nombre de la necia, pero al menos saquenla de la ignorancia. Por favor ensenenles la diferencia entre un cafecito, colada y un expresso.

The first time I came in, I ordered a Super Cubano. The sandwich was good and huge! I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I mistakenly came back today for my break from work at 10:30 pm, a relatively slow time for a bakery. .. it took well over 30 minutes to get my Turkey BLT, which I had to ask them to change "to-go" so i could get back to work... still huge, and yummy, but did not have enough time to eat it. :-(

Good food BUT it is SO frustrating to order there if you dont speak Spanish. None of the people taking your order speak English so I always have to wait to place my order with the manager who is the only one who speaks English. I think its inconsiderate and presumptuous to not make an effort to hire people who speak our language. This is SOUTH BEACH; not HIALEAH!

Update: Prices have gone UP! Employee gave a hard time, didnt want to use rewards. For that experience, it was poor and not reflective of business. Rectified with manager while employee there...Reward points were honored and employee will remember this lesson. Aside from this, excellent food and much needed in the area!

I have only ever had their empanadas and croquetas, but both are extremely good in my opinion. I usually get 1 chicken and 1 beef empanada. They taste very authentic. Everything else in the bakery looks quite good too especially the cakes. Staff is very nice as well and its open 24hrs!

On 6/9 at 9pm the employees actually wouldnt let customers in the rest room and and finally a customer and employee came out of the restroom together. Amazingly bad service, we bought a lot of stuff, we didnt just ask to use the restroom.

This is the best bakery in Alton Road. Coffee is really good and for an espresso you pay just 1,50$. Pastry and guyaba and cheese Pastel is great. Pizza Pastel is just awesome. You need to try it. Well done!

Everything we bought was super. The lobster soup is delicious and the Cubano sandwich is great. The staff is professional and kind. Will return for sure - there should be more places like this one!
