I ordered online so I could pick-up my food on the way home and not have to wait in the line. The website directed me to go directly to the pick-up register. I set the pick-up time for 5:15pm and arrived about 5:18 expecting my order to be ready and set aside. NOPE. First of all there is no dedicated place for online/phone orders. I had to awkwardly wait by the register until someone finally asked if there was something they could help me with. I told them I was there to pick-up and online order and then I gave them my name. Then a group of 8 or so came in. Did they prepare my order, NO. They helped everyone in the line, including people who kept coming in. Why order ahead if they wont have it ready or even put it as a priority to prepare. AFTER they helped everyone in the line they then started mine but told me I had to wait on a few of the items I ordered. No kidding, you just had a line of 10+ people you gave all the food to. Then finally around 5:40 I finally got my order and NO ONE working there seemed to care that I had just stood there for 25 minutes, it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. What a joke...

Ive always loved Panda Express food but where they lack is customer hospitality. Pretty common chain restaurant deficiency, employees do not want to talk to you and they dont like answering questions about items on the menu. You better make sure you know what you want to order before you get in line. Even the customers that waiting behind you well give you a stink eye if you have questions or want to talk to the employees. As I said before this is a pretty common deficiency with chain restaurants. In effect because they did not want to talk to me they didnt pack my second order that I had to go.

Overall great food and fairly good service. However, after my mom, sister, and I sat down after receiving our food, we overheard the cashier working there ask a young man if he was military, but she never bothered to ask us. I think thats extremely sexist because my mom served 20 years and wasnt offered that discount. I think that the employees should be taught to ask all customers if they are military, not just young men that fit a certain stereotype.

First time and last time! Did the 3 entries plus noodles. The only thing semi fresh were the spring rolls, my orange chicken, noodles and some other chicken dish was at best warm, very chewy and bland. Perhaps it was the time of day, which was 4:00. Best thing I received, was my military discount at 10%

Amazing service and cleanliness. Just a great example of a well managed establishment and employees that care about their job. I had only seen Panda Express in the mall. And didnt have much respect for it. After my visit to this establishment, my opinion has completely changed.
