Im not quite sure where start. Ill make this in simple bullet points. - Ordered online: Price $26 with tip; they showed up and the bill was $29. When I asked why the difference, the delivery person didnt say why. - I called the Location, the Manager told me that she doesnt deliver to my address, so she "DECIDED" to charge me extra, with out calling me and telling me. - When I asked her why she didnt call me to let me know, she became very rude, saying I should have known it was 20 mins away. - I explained to her that I just moved to Murfreesboro and there was nothing online to indicate that they didnt deliver to my address. Again, something a phone call to me could have solved. - The food portions are very limited considering the prices. - On the bright side, the food is pretty good... HOWEVER, the service is horrible. - To be fair, The Manager may have been having a rough night with multiple orders and limited help... I do understand frustrating moments. - However, being in the customer service industry as I am, having a rough night is not your customers fault..

After ordering from them for over a year, always decently pleased with quality but delivery times were 60 min plus, we will not be ordering anymore. I ordered online, clicked pay cash, and my delivery charge was $2.00 as it has ALWAYS BEEN. They arrive over an hour later and we are charged $4.00 for delivery. The biggest issue though was when we opened my dish, and the Mai Fun I ordered that had a specific request - No Seafood, Allergy!!!! - was LOADED WITH SHRIMP. When we called them the woman was rude and claimed our extra delivery fee was because we lived seven miles away, and then said "oh ya, she didnt see that" in reference to the seafood note. When we asked if we could be credited for a future order she said "oh, no we dont do that". Luckily my seafood allergy is not life threatening, however other people should WATCH OUT. Ultimately we were so disgusted in the bad customer service, incorrect order, and failure to make things right ( not to mention charging additional fees over what our online receipt said) that we will never be ordering from them again.

HORRIBLE!!!ORDERED ONLINE DECIDED I WOULD PICK UP,GET THERE FOOD IS READY OK GREAT THE LADY IS READING MY TICKET HELPING ME THEN JUST STOPS AND STARTS TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEN SHE COMES BACK FINISHED READING MY TICKET, CHECKS THE BAG CALLS OUT MY ORDER TO ME I SAY YES. I PAY SHE STAPLES THE BAG AND I LEAVE. I GET HOME AND WHY IS ORDER NOT COMPLETE? I CALL THEM AND EXPLAIN WHAT I AM MISSING. THE LADY SAYS YOU CAN COME BACK AND PICK IT UP. I EXPLAIN I AM ALREADY HOME AND NOT COMING BACK OUT INSTEAD OF OFFERING TO REPLACE IT THE ENTIRE PORTION THAT WAS MISSING SHE OFFERED TO REPLACE PART OF IT WHICH WAS ONLY TO GIVE ME AN EXTRA SWEET SWEET N SOUR SAUCE. I LAUGHED AT HER AND ASKED WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO WITH THAT, THEN SAID THEY COULD DELIVERY IT TO ME OR GIVE ME A REFUND. THE LADY AGREED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED, I ONLY LIVE A FEW MINS AWAY AND IT TOOK 45 MINS TO GET HERE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE. THEN WHEN BROUGHT IT SHE BANGS ON MY DOOR AND STARTS YELLING,WHO DOES THAT. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE READ REVIEWS PPL THEY HELP.

Ordered here for a couple years, always good food. But tonight we placed an online order, they put shrimp on an order that was marked no seafood because of allergy, and they charged us $2 extra for delivery on the final receipt (paid cash) and told me it was because we lived 7 mi away (actually 6.1). Because a couple miles is worth $2 in gas - yea right. I called to see what happened and the woman gave me lip about how we lived too far away (so they charge more behind our back instead of telling us online or apologizing) and would not give us any kind of discount on future orders. Shes lucky my wife did not have a life-threatening allergy. They could have been sued! Although I do not expect much in the way of customer service from a take-out Chinese restaurant, this was ridiculous. Needless to say the delivery driver got screwed out of any tip because of the hidden delivery charge, and there will NOT be any future orders from us.

Ive bought many lunches/dinners from this place to the point where the delivery guy knew my address when I walked in for a pick up order. Well since I was in the area, I figured I would get a boneless ribs lunch special and it was 2:53pm when I walked into the store. As I was going to give my order, the phone rang and she answered it. I was thinking in my head that this lady is for some reason not going to allow me to order the lunch special. At 2:57pm, she gets off the order and tells me I cant get the lunch special since its 3 minutes before 3:00pm with the worst look anyone can give someone like I was so dumb to have the audacity to be ordering at that time. Her attitude was the worst. Treated me like I was just scum. The way she treated me was the worst Ive been treated by a restaurant ever! I kept my composure and left. I will never go back to this establishment again.

Be careful trying to use online ordering!!! I placed a $44 order using their webpage order app and after the added delivery charge, tip and tax, it showed my order was $44.77, BUT, when I got my email confirmation from paypal when I paid with my paypal card, they had charged over $46! I called and asked why and was told something about my delivery address and something about the costs of certain items being higher than what was online. I had trouble even hearing and understanding them for all the phone noise. Needless to say, I cancelled my order. If an honest company is going to offer the convenience of online ordering, they need to keep it up to date or honor the prices shown.

worst ever!! I ordered food online met the requirement, had the order sent to my work in town. They charged me more money for a delivery when i agreed to a certain price when i completed the order. I called and talked to the manger and she told me the price online is wrong. Honestly they should have had someone call me and maybe i would have understood but just to take more money out of my account without saying anything when I didnt approve that amount doesnt set well with me! The manager was very rude and didnt want to acknowledge they were wrong for what they did. I sent the food back and told them I wanted my money back I wouldnt ever order anything from them ever again.

The food here was decent; Ive had better, and I have had much worse. Delivery was super fast compared to many other Chinese places I had before. However, the reason for the one star is after ordering from this place online I had some unauthorized charges made to my card, and the pin wasnt used so it was used as credit. Going over the past few days, China Spring is the only place I have ordered from online, or even used my card period. I cant confirm that they did steal my card number via their online payment system, but the evidence points there. If not for this situation with my card number then I would have most likely been a return customer.
