Terrible food ordered kung po chicken. We live a couple of blocks away we get home it tastes like they used left over grease from shrimp or some kind of fish it was terrible. I couldnt eat it. My wife took a bite and said I guess I could eat it. Took another and spit it out and said no I cant eat that somethings wrong with it. So I say ok no problem just go back and have something made or a refund. I get there the lady actually takes some and tries it and says its good. Im blown away at this point. For one you know me and my wife each tried it. Thats just unsanitary to eat out of something a customer brings in! I then have to argue that its not good and I want something else or a re make. She says a re make will be the same. Like I havent eaten Chinese my entire life... So I said ok then General Tsoa she said just refund (it was getting close to closing at this point). I said fine pretty upset how I was treated already. Then offers $5 reasoning because its good its my fault for ordering something I dont like. I had to stand there another 5 minutes and argue to get full refund. I should have just contacted my card company they would have refunded on the spot. I was out raged leaving out of there. I love Chinese food in general actually my favorite ate there a few times before and it was just ok. I will never eat there again I was treated poorly when I wasnt rude, upset, disgruntled all I wanted was a remake, something else I like thats edible or a refund. Im not disgusted with the place which is unfortunate for me because even as Im typing this Id love some Chinese but Jin Jin is closed on Sundays and this is the only other place I had found and used. Terrible customer service. Terrible food that time. I can honestly say most of the time it was your average Chinese. So if you go there good luck on what they are making or feeling like that day.

I love this place. Its just casual and nothing special but its clean and the food is all fresh and in my view outstanding. You can watch it all being prepared. Ive been going there for years and lately its been about twice a week. The same attractive Asian girl has been there for all the years Ive been a customer and shes great. She watches over every order and makes sure everythings right. Ive never seen a harder worker in my life and outside of one month she took off to go home to China Ive never seen her take a day off. Some people have complained in reviews claiming she doesnt smile a lot or have the bubbly fake attitude I guess they were looking for and Id say thats true, but thats never bothered me one bit. This girl works harder than anyone Ive ever seen and she does a wonderful job. I dont take it as her being unfriendly. I have eyes. I take it as her being busy. She cares about the food she feeds me and thats worth far more than a fake smile. Besides, I have seen her crack a smile on occasion. If you come in at the right time earlier in the day youll find her out front chopping all the fresh veggies. By the way, their prices are great! a large Chicken with rice and vegetables for example is around $8 and its easily enough to feed 2 people if need be.

In an effort to find good Chinese in FWB, and given the good reviews, we tried Hunan for the first time tonight. Sadly, we were disappointed. Not necessarily by the food itself, but by the service. We ordered a few apps (wonton, dumpling, & veg rolls) a couple sides (veg lomein mein & mix veg) & 3 main dishes (general tso ckn, beef teriyaki, & sweet/sour ckn w fried rice) all from the online menu. We had to call back to give our name, pick up time, & total as she hung up on us the first time. After I got home, no delivery BTW, to realize we were missing/had the wrong food. Our sweet sour chicken was nowhere to be found, we were given chicken instead of beef (app size) & given some sort of sweet bread with a large sour sauce, oh & white rice instead of fried.. When I called the lady told me we hadnt ordered the SS chicken & they didnt have beef teriyaki but I can come get the rice if I wanted. I continued to ask why it was on the menu (the beef) & why she didnt say anything when we ordered it, but she just kept saying "we gave you chicken" like it was ok. So, if you like actually getting the overpriced food you have to drive to pick up, find another option.

food gives me a bad feeling just after five minutes. rice is dry and greasy and has mushrooms. theres nothing stating that and ive never seen it in rice. the sweet and sour sauce tastes like candy and muted. odd. the cheese wonton blew me out the water however. so good! this place is way overpriced. almost eight dollars for chicken that tastes dirty. go somewhere else and no delivery. not military discount either

Woman who answered phone and gave me my order was EXTREMELY rude. Asked me 3 times that Im ordering Chow Mein and not Lo Mein. I know what Im ordering. Cook was yelling Chinese to her, obviously irritated at me for What? I dont know. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Terrible food , dirty in the inside only 1 table to eat in and takes more than 20 minutes for your food to be ready and when you receive your food it tastes bad , I dont believe you should go here if you like Chinese food

I highly recommend this place! Very fast and friendly service. The food is absolutely delicious; from the rice to the fortune cookies. Not much room to dine in, but the food is packaged perfectly for on-the-go.
