"They tried to place a CURSE on me." _____________________________________________________________________________ I had a horrible experience with China Garden. Being a successful minority male the Asian ladies that worked there always looked down on me and got mad when I would ask for extra soy sauce or any small request and they loved to ignore me. When ever I ordered shrimp Fried rice they would place an Asian mark on the box. I had no idea what the Asian sign meant, but they did it specifically to me when ever I order through my cell phone. In the process of the whole thing I started feeling stomach tightening and strange effects to my lower and upper stomach . This went on for about a month, so one day I got smart and order through a different number. I used my my Google voice number with different area code, and made my voice sound a bit different and order the usually. As soon got to China Garden to pick up my food, all the people that worked their seem surprise to see me. The Asian lady that gave me a hard time even asked me if I had place an order because she didnt remember me calling. When I told her what I order she seem surprised and had it stabled in brown paper bag ready to go. I than paid leaving the restaurant in peace as I usually did in the past. As you can guest once I got in to my car, and ripped open the brown paper bag I did not see the Asian sign on the boxed order of my shrimp fried rice. I really believe that they were trying to place a curse on me.After that day I vowed to never go there again. I advise "Fu-Sing" its right across the street highway 96 people are nicer and foods a lot fresher.

Horrible customer service. Messed up my delivery order to the point where I could not eat it and had to throw it away. Talked to lady on phone about the order mess up and she said she would replace it next time I ordered. Next day I tried to get my correct order replaced and delivered and they said I could pick it up if I wanted it. They would deliver my replacement food ONLY if I ordered $15 worth of more food. (Explained to her Im ordering from work and cant leave to pick it up. And when Im off work they are closed. She didnt care) Unbelievable! I have to order 15 bucks worth of more food, on top of the 22 bucks I had ordered the other day that I couldnt eat cause they messed it up. So I am now paying 37 bucks just to get ONE lunch correctly made? Will never order from this place again. Will also advise everyone I know to avoid this place.

First customer service: the lady was on her phone the whole time. I didnt even know if she was talking to me. Then as I stood to watch my food be prepared (as I had never been here before) she looks at me and says "Yes?!?" Then tells me to sit down it would be 15 mins. I am so glad I was watching because the same lady who took my money was touching our food with her bare hands. No soap and water. No sanitizer. Just arranging the broccoli with her hands. Gross!! I got 3 orders of the same meal and I watched them make the plates and I notice they make FOUR. She gives me out food and then the fourth plate went to a kid sitting in the corner. I assume a relative. Did I just pay 30 bucks to feed your child! Before even getting to how the food taste here Ive decided I wont be back. Not to mention their rating isnt even in site.

I called and ordered Sesame Chicken and Fried Crab Rangoons from China Garden last night around 8PM. Once I told them my order and gave my information, the person just hung up without saying bye or letting me know everything went through ok. I called back, and they confirmed that it went through. The delivery was on time which was good, and the delivery driver was ok (not warm and friendly, but not rude by any means either). However, the food wasnt very good. The Sesame Chicken was terrible. The Sesame Chicken tasted old, and the breading was very soggy. I ate about 3 to 4 bites, and had to throw the rest away. The quality unfortunately just wasnt there, and I came away feeling like it was a complete waste of money. Oh, and to boot there were no utensils included.

1st of all let me say that I have been ordering food from here for 3 years now and the food and service has always been exceptional but most importantly I read a comment that a gentleman wrote where he accused the woman that works there of putting a curse on him with the writing on top of the boxes. GROW UP AND FIND GOD!!! They write on top of the boxes because they stay so busy and that is their way of making sure that the correct items goes to the correct orders. I love China Garden and have always suggested them to people and will continue to do so. Thanks for always greeting me with a warm smile great food and an overall wonderful experience

Really bad service. Ive tolerating this restaurant its employees for years because it is close and decent food. But they have a bad habit (and I do mean habit)...if getting food orders wrong. Yesterday after the "I dont know how many times" I called them because once again the food was wrong. So the guy that answers the phone just wanted to argue with me about what I actually ordered...even though Ive been ordering the same things for years. Never could bring him to the place that he "might" have been wrong. Finally, their customer service has always been somewhere between rude and cold. They lost a very long time customer.

Will NEVER go here again. We called in an order for delivery, gave our address and phone number. They told us it would be about 50 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called to find out what was wrong. Our food was still sitting on the counter at the restaurant. They said 15 more minutes. It finally arrives, and everything is barely lukewarm. And to top it off, our order was wrong, and they charged us for things we didnt ask for. I can forgive mistakes like this once, but this is the second time theyve done this. Not remotely worth the hassle for what is, at best, only ever mediocre food.

BEWARE . THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL... THE VEGITABLES WHERE TOTALLY SOGGY. THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU GET WAS VERY SMALL. THE CALL ABOUT MY PURCHASE WAS MET WITH ((("SORRY, NO REFUND"))) EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. I ONLY THOUGHT IT WAS A MISTAKE....! I WAS INSULTED... NO NAPKINS, NO FORKS OR ANYTHING AT ALL TO EAT IT WITH... WHAT DELIVERY PLACE DOES NOT PROVIDE AT LEAST PLASTIC KNIFES AND A NAPKIN... I DO NOR RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL... I THOUGHT IT WAS A PLACE I ORDERED FROM BEFORE, I MADE A SAD MISTAKE CHOOSING THIS PLACE. BEWARE...

Absolutely ADORE this place! I have never had a problem with my food, and I eat here a couple times a month and have for a couple years. The people here are so nice! And I love how fast it is to pick up food. I can call when Im 10 minutes away and it will be ready for me when I get there! I go during my lunch break often, because of how quick and delicious it is. And I can get something new every time I go, there are so many amazing options! Great prices, delicious food, and amazing customer service, what more could you ask for?
