Worst service!!!! I have been going to this location for about a year at least once a week or at least anytime Im craving steak quesadillas I have 4-5 people I am usually ordering for so my bill comes to 30-$50.00 we order ALOT drive thru is usually congested and slow which never bothers me what bothered me is that my order tonight came to $39.28 I made my order got to the window to pay and handed a $100 bill when then they decided to state we dont take hundreds only problem is all I had on me was 2 hundred dollar bills which I told them thats all I have well I was told basically too bad now I have a child that is on the autism spectrum when you get him into something and say this is what we are doing thats what needs to be done so he did not have an outburst I then had to drive to the racetrack to get change since I guess at taco bell you cant use any type of money even though it all spends the same and I left my husband there to tell them just make the food my wife is getting change which then they told him no he needed to have the money first which is comical since we ordered at the drive thru first before having to go in when you order at the drive thru they usually make your food then you go to the second window and pay right????? Knowing I just left my husband there to drive to get change when most people would say screw you really?????? well he would have the money on hand if you accepted the bills presented or if you had a sign stating we dont accept large bills so they then canceled the order just to put it in again and make it again first order was made at 6:30 second order was put in at 7:04 and it is now 7:20 and I am still sitting in the parking lot waiting for the food which once gets here I will continue........OK so my order was done at 7:29 pm so this took an hour which is a joke!!!! And to add to everything once we ordered for the second time and paid then we were told with a giggle oh oops we have to change your drinks we arent serving icees freezes whatever they call them you just realized the second time around an hour later!!!!!!! And to top it off popcorn chicken is missing now if thats not bad service especially for a fast food chain I dont know what is!! I usually do not make complaints cause I am a server but corporate may want to get some good managers in there with hospitality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am one to give someone another chance, however once those chances are up, I am through. I went to this Taco Bell a few times before for lunch. I usually go to the one by Gulfview Mall. So, I tried this one again as they had botched my order EVERY SINGLE time before. As a vegan, I order specifically to substitute some items and add others. The gentleman placing my order told me to try the crunchwrap fresca, which would eliminate the dairy and then I substituted beans for the meat. I also ordered a bean burrito, modified as well. When I got back to work, the hard shell was completely soggy and there was nacho cheese. I am not sure, but I do believe that the nacho cheese is not only not vegan, but it isnt even on the crunchwrap normally. Very disappointed and will not be going there again. Lesson learned. Go to the one by Gulfview Mall.

I was at that taco bell tonight. The service was completely disrespectful. Sabrina who took our order had an absolute attitude and its an absolute embarrassment for me to be reviewing them because not only did the manager walk up and do nothing, but he wasnt even surprised. He confronted Sabrina, and she yelled back to him and we heard her OUTSIDE the window. I paid the full bill because this was not what it was about, its about service Im disgusted.

Absolutely terrible. Spent 35min in drive thru waiting on only 4 cars. Each car got only one bag of food. Get to the window and takes them 10min to get there to swipe my card. And finally get home and they gave me the wrong food. Staff is Slow, lazy , and apparently incompetent. My 6 year old niece could do a better job.

Dont expect fast food here. Drive thru is often a 15 minute experience. Tacos are usually lukewarm with stale tortillas. Chicken is rarely fresh, skin falling off with oil layered in between, usually tasted like it was fried a second time to heat it back up. Not impressed a single time I have been here.

I actually like it. It has a vegan option that I love getting. And even though the cashiers take a while, probably because theyre new, it is worth the wait. Although one thing to mention to people who like Coca-Cola is they dont have Coca-Cola (I dont drink Coca-Cola anyways).

Good service... But... Lousy food that tasted like it was several hours old and stale.! Everything was shoved into one bag and all squished... And fell apart when we tried to eat any of it....... We will not be back...!!!!!!!!!!!! A big waste of our hard earned money.....!

They really need to update theyre hours on here. I drove 10 minutes because the website says theyre open until 1 am just to find out theyre closed. And the closing crew just watched me drive up to the drive through and didnt bother to say anything.

Ordered the $5 box. My burrito wasnt what I ordered, okay i let it slide. Then I realized that my chicken chalupa is a beef one, not chicken. Like seriously i said chicken and PAYED for it which is more expensive. Never again am I coming here.

I called the location after biting into plastic. They never called me back. It broke a tooth. I called the 800#. No call back. I call again 4 days later. Still no call back. I will never eat at Taco Bell again.

Burritos are mostly dough. Prices are too high for what you get. I do like the fact that KFC is part of the building and you can order from their menu, pay and pick up at the same window.

Hit or miss...some days the tacos are full....sometimes hardly anything in them...but its all the same stuff just in different forms. Good stuff when youre tired of burgers.

What! They dont have buffalo sauce anymore! I dont like the "finger lickin" sauce it tastes like mayo and mustard mixed. Inside the line was short but the wait was long.

One of the good ones in the area and with a great location too. Fresh hot food and friendly service makes this one of the best local Taco Bells to go to.
