I have been coming/ordering from china 1 since I moved here in 2010. I USE to love the food and customer service I recieved from the chinese family that runs this establishment. Recently I oderered from them about a month ago a ordered what I normally order general tos chicken lunch special with lo mein, egg roland crab ragoon. Delivery. It got here my egg roll wasnt in the bag so I just decided to call to see if I could get it the little girl that works for her parnents gets on the phone and procedes to tell me they know they put the eggroll in my bag,how many little bags did I recieve, am I sure its not there asking me the same thing over and over. I odered tonight from here got the exact same thing I always order asked for my eggroll the little girl was very rude and short with me. I get my food with my eggroll they had forgotten last time and ALL my food is totally and completly drenched in grease and tastes like oil. It was disgusting. I threw all of it away. Didnt even bother to call beacuse I already know how rude and disrespectful those little girls are towards paying customers. Will never order from here again!!,

Back door open with no screen. Flies all over restaurant. Chicken did not look like chicken or have the texture as chicken, so bad could not and would not eat it. Asked staff if a mistake was made and we got some type of meat other than chicken, staff said they cook the chicken in strips and it was what we ordered. Chicken was tough and could not have been chicken. NEVER will we ever eat here again. Dirty Dining at its finest. Dont eat here!

I really do like this place, been coming here for years. The food is great/fresh. However I will admit that as long as I can remember theyve had their young children working there full time taking orders. Theres 3 daughters, the older one is polite and courteous. The other two are the nastiest, most rude children Id ever met. I honestly feel bad/scared for them that because of their attitudes that itll catch up with them.

Got the Mongolian beef and there was barely any beef in it. More vegetables then anything. Called to complain about how much vegetable there was more then beef and the girl on the phone was debating with me. Was very rude and arguing with me. Then when I was trying to explain why i was upset she was laughing at me. Worst service I have ever had in my life. She was very rude and you dont want to Make a pregnant woman mad.

I went and ordered shrimp fried rice and orange chicken. My white rice had hair in it. I called to let them to let them know about the hair in my rice. So I took the the rice back. The lady / owner was very rude and started yelling and screaming at me and telling i am crazy and there was no hair in the rice after she picked it out. The customer service here is sucks!!!

Decent for carry out Chinese Food. I cannot comment on the delivery since I always go to the restaurant and place my order in person. By doing this I know my order is going to be correct and the food will still be hot when I get home. Overall it isnt too bad for the price, quality and quantity. Come on people give em a break, this isnt The Capital Grill.

I have been ordering from this place EVERY week for almost a year, and loved it....until today! The little girl was beyond rude and hateful! And when I finally told her I wanted to speak with her parents she got even worse. Never again will I call that place, I dont allow grown folks to talk to me that way let alone a child!

Well I called placed my $16 plus order, only after 8 mins to get a call saying they wouldnt be delivering my oder because the driver didnt want to deliver this far... but they charged my card..... pretty sad the driver makes your business....not. had to give a star so it would let me post but they DONT deserve any

Most rude person ever!!!! Whom ever answers the phone needs some more training because that is ridiculous. Cash or credit only apparently as well. Then she hung up on me. Dont ask questions either the person will treat you like an idiot.

Rude all around. Repeated address correctly but wrote it down wrong. Driver yelled at me on phone. Then a 10 year old called to complain that I was wrong. I could hear the driver screaming in the background. Holy crapola

Their Singapore Mei Chia Fun is awesome. If you love noodles and all meats with yellow curry..you have to taste theirs. The fried foods here dont upset my stomach as is the case with all other Chinese restaurants.

The food wasnt fresh at all the Teriyaki tasted like it had been sitting around for 2 weeks. Crab rangoons or dried out and nasty. Will never go back here again.
