If I could give no stars I would. They delivered our entire order wrong. Put meat in our vegetable dishes when we are vegetarian and asked for vegetable only. Put mushrooms in when I asked for none and was told they dont use mushrooms. I have a mushroom allergy. When I drove up to the store to return ALL the food for a refund she rufused to refund the money and said we are already making you new food too bad. I didnt leave without my refund. But not the whole refund because apparently they dont count the tip as part of the payment. Crooks. Never will we use this Chinese place again.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken, with wonton soup and pork fried rice, krab rangoons, 2 orders of spring rolls and a small broccoli without garlic sauce. I got everything but the wonton soup but they added rice that I told them I didnt want and the garlic sauce I told them not to send. And when I noticed the wonton soup was missing I called her and she said she will give it to me the next time I order. If I wanted to eat it another day I would order it another day. I need to stop ordering from them. They arent as good as they used to be. I am very upset at her attitude.

Asked for no mushrooms because Im allergic. They gave me mushrooms and refused to fix it. The teriyaki chicken is disgusting and comes with more veggies than actual chicken. I handed the lady a $20 on a $13 delivery order and she walked away without offering change or saying anything. Wont be coming back.

Been eating here for years. Things were a little rocky when the new family took over but they have got things in order now. They stay fairly busy and the food has always been good. Love the boneless spare ribs, they are nice and meaty not all fat like some Chinese restaurants do. Worth giving them a try.

We have been eating @ Shang Hai Take Out for three years usually once a week and have always been very happy with everything we have tried there. My son and his three daughters eat there every other weekend and ave never been disapointed.

After being told 45 mins for delivery it took 1.5 hours. The food was cold when it arrived, the pork fried rice had no flavor. Once reheated though the pork lo mein was very good. The beef teriyaki tasted more like beef jerky.

Ordered sesame chicken and they flat out told me they forgot the sesame wanted me to drive back to switch it out instead of offering to bring it. The orange chicken was flavorless beyond disappointed. Will probably NOT return

I enjoyed fried dumplings and beef fried rice. Food was fresh and delicious. Family operated and they are very friendly. The gentleman does not speak English. Very nice and down to earth people.
