Loyal customer for 5+ years and thanks to a mix up ( person on the phone placed wrong order by accident ) and after receiving my delivered meals, discovered the wrong order!? Not the norm, so I called back only to be received by a hostile, condescending rude woman who refused to make it right! I even offered to pay more! Dinner nights are far and few between and I wanted to so desperately to make my families meal time perfect and she simply let me know that she didnt care and was NOT going to make it right. Tisk Tisk, you just lost a great loyal customer and sadly will NEVER be going back. Thanks for ruining family dinner night China Express, Thanks!

We placed an order for delivery and when it was delivered, we received items we did not order and did not recieve the ones we did order. We immeadiately called and the woman who answered argued with me about what we ordered and then told me she was too busy to deal with this. When she refused to correct the order, we had no choice but to ask to return the food. The response was they would get it sometime. After all of this, we had no dinner. Very poor service and we will never order from them again.

My husband & I wanted to try a new Chinese place. We ordered from China Express. The quality of the food was horrible. Im definitely not a picky eater, but I wouldnt even give this stuff to the dog. We called to complain and the manger said she would call back. The delivery driver called back and proceeded to yell at my husband and threaten him. I have never been threatened or screamed at by anyone in a restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable and they should be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!

This place is the worst! Do not order! I asked for a quart of meat and spent over 10 dollars for it. To my surprise I got a pint of meat in the container. I called upset about the situation and their response was, "This is just how it is" well after listening to the girl on the phone getting screamed at it Chinese from the assumed owner I can safely say that I will never order from here again nor will I recommend to anyone else in the future. Got my order wrong, then (after an hour) they finally showed up with the replacement. It was still wrong. Called back and was told rather rudely that it was my fault, and that they wouldnt do anything about it. Appalling behavior for a business by anyones standard. I agree with others whove reviewed this place (looked a little too late unfortunately) who think this place should be shut down immediately.

I have to say, this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Tampa Bay. I used to live walking distance from it and the food is incredible. The prices are also awesome. Their General Tso chicken is great and they make the best bourbon chicken anywhere. I was SO happy when I finally moved into a new home that was close enough for (free) delivery. Try it!

This is the absolute worse slop in all of Florida. Sent me to the ER. I should have known better, the general Tso chicken had a weird texture, not like chicken at all, but possibly alley cat. Who knows. If anyone knows a health inspector, send them to 1250 Seminole Blvd. If you like cheap low quailty food, bon appetite!

The customer service was horrible and she didnt bring several items I ordered and said she would not come back unless I tipped and she forgot my stuff. and one day I ordered food the next day I tried to order the code enforcement had shut them down for roaches horrible horrible place
