We take our Chinese food quite seriously so believe me when I say that this place is AMAZING! 10 Stars out of 5!!! How is that possible you ask? Well their egg rolls are by far the best I have ever eaten in my life, their portions are huge, and they are the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. You can really tell they are good people!!! Went in to order and the owners two children were in their practicing their alphabet. They even got my Four year old daughter involved and she had a blast! It made the wait time fly by! But seriously the food here is so delicious I need to find an excuse fast to eat there again tomorrow! Been coming here for as long as I can remember and I just wanted to let the world know that this place is it when it comes to great food!!!

I have eaten here several times over the years and China Taste is still one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area. All of their fried rice uses yellow rice (instead of white) Which is annoying but still good enough. The boneless spareribs have been the only thing that was disappointing on the menu over the years. Maybe it has been improved. I usually stick with chicken friend rice, egg rolls, general tso , wonton soup, and a few other items , all of which are always very good. The prices have been slowly increasing but it is still good value for your money. The 5.95 lunch menu is a nice large portion and comes with a free soda . Could use more chicken in the chicken fried rice though. But again, cant really complain to much for the price.

This is where we go for Chinese food. I absolutely LOVE the Singapore Mei Fun. The spice level is excellent. The serving is huge. We have been eating here since they opened. I remember being particularly impressed during the year we had all of the hurricanes. We were without power at our house, ultimately for 4 days. Initially, when the power first was out all over our area, we drove around and found China Taste open when other businesses were not. We were able to get some delicious, hot food and find a little bit of comfort in the middle of the chaos!! That speaks volumes to me! I have never gotten anything from China Taste that wasnt delicious.

I ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice and chicken and rice soup. The beef and broccoli smelled and tasted like garbage. I dont know if they cook too close to the trash cans or if the meat was bad, but it wasnt good. The rice is just yellow rice with peas and onion, which was fine with me. But the chicken and rice soup also had a funny smell to it. I just had chicken and rice soup from another chinese place yesterday so I know what it should smell like. The chicken in it also had a funny texture. I prefer the chicken and rice soup from china 99. The customer service was great, but too bad the food wasnt :( I really wanted this place to be good!

I never had a problem with my orders, been eating here for at least a year. I get their fried egg roll which is like Brooklyn style or in the city. My usual is chicken with broccoli, sometimes chicken wings which is seasoned well (salt like brine). Also I use to ask all the time for fries but they didnt sell it when I moved down to Clearwater and now they do! Ha! I think I had an influence. Good thing because I order a lot of fried chicken wings w/fries when my family comes down from NY.

If you like chinese you must try this place, food is excellent portions are big. We had hunan chicken,general tsos and boneless spare ribs, the hunan sauce was delicious, the generals chicken was flavorfull and melted in my mouth. Boneless spares ribs were average, but if you like pork fried rice this place is a must the pork fried rice is yellow and was cooked to perfection, and dont forget the eggrolls there huge and very good also. Will definetly eat there again.

I ordered fried rice, not yellow rice. The rice was not fried, the shrimp was under cooked, and i really dont care for peas in my shrimp fried rice. oddly enough after waiting for 20 minutes when i got home i still had to reheat the rice, the rice was bland and was not fried, its just yellow rice they are passing off as fried, I am used to upnorth chinese food i guess i still have to search for a good chinese spot.

Bad experience at this place. Ordered sesame chicken and rice for lunch, but instead found a tremendous amount of onion and a few tiny pieces of chicken when I got back to work. I couldnt eat all that onion because I am at work. I called them back and all they could offer was to bring it back for exchange or $2 credit toward the next purchase. No, thanks. That was my last visit.

The service is a lot better than the food. Keep in mind it was my first time, however, the egg rolls were burned (severely) and the other items werent that tasty. Their fried rice, is simply yellow rice. This was unexpected and taste very different. I will give them another try sometime in the future and update this review (if the food experience improves).

I have visited & had delivery from China Taste more than a dozen times. I have been very impressed, and it has met or exceeded my expectations. The only time I have been disappointed is when I have tried something that was new to me - this of course, is no fault of China Taste. This restaurant offers the most amazing dumplings going

I got the kung pao chicken. Simply the best I have had in FL. We also got the beef and broccoli and the shrimp egg foo young. The ingredients were high quality, you could tell the egg foo young was very fresh. Sauce for the egg foo young was not what I am used to but it was very good. I would highly recommend China Taste.

Food is okay, not great or amazing. The lo mein tasted a little plain to me, the pork fried rice is also a little plain (very cheap with the pork), and the egg roll was a little plain as well. I mean this place is good if your in a rush to get Chinese food but remember its not the greatest Chinese food you will have.

Second time Ive been their and nobody is at the front of the restaurant to greet or take orders. I left and grabbed some KFC. Its a shame because twice i ate their and the food was good. From now on I think Ill just call the order ahead of time or try New Bamboo which is closer and also serves New York style.

Not only was I overcharged for my order but the excuse was the menu reflects old prices. To make things worse, my husband who was sick with the flu opened his wonton egg drop soup and found a bug in it. Only went there cuz China Star on Patricia Avenue was closed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

have eaten there twice and twice was disappointed there will be no strike 3 1st time got wonton soup and the broth was like pure sea salt 2nd time tried wonton again and this got egg drop soup with wontons in it also tried the crab ragoon and good luck finding the crab ragoon.
