Come to cafe Normandie to experience good renditions of French daily cuisine - with some special event dishes to boot. Comfort foods of "the old country" are all there. Omelette & lettuce? - yes. Pain bagnat? - yes (from Corsica, not Normandy, but who cares?). Pain et pâte de campagne? - sûre. Whats great about le café Normandie is a non-stuffy, casual approach to common French food. There is no pretense here. I.e., its very similar to how it would be in France. Imagine having lunch at a mom & pops place here in the states. Its kinda like that - cept how it would be in the hexagon. The late owner passed away several years agol. He came from the same area in Normandy as my maternal family (Eu/Treport/Mers). We worked together at the Ritz-Carlton decades ago. He was a good guy and I know his patrons miss him. Nonetheless, things appear to be humming along so I think hed be satisfied with how good our meals were this week.

What an absolute treasure to find! The food was spectacular and the owner was so fun and delightful. Praying he opens another restaurant in St. Petersburg soon! Next year when we go to that same area for a bridge tournament I plan to start going through the whole menu every night. How fortunate they are in Naples to have such a quality restaurant in their backyard.

This is a great example of how some of the best food comes from unexpected places. Compared to other French restaurants, they have a more casual atmosphere and friendlier price point, which makes it great for visiting more often. Very good menu. I cant wait to go back.

Our family chooses Cafe Normandie for most of our dining out; the atmosphere is charming and the owner/s delightful. The food is delicious, of the highest quality and always fresh. It is consistently the best meal we ever eat out in Naples.

The real French dining experience with authentic flavors! Ive eaten here many times and it has been an amazing experience every time. Service is nothing short of exellent and the menu has a variety of flavors. Highly recommend!

Charming food, atmosphere, and staff, who are French, of course! Its cozy, not stuffy; food was excellent and its a fair price point, which will mean you can go back often! I highly recommend it.
