So disappointed. I was excited for a taco bell to be closer to me than the one on wiles. But after my first time going tonight through drive thru for only 2 tacos and waited for 10-15 mins in the line before I finally drove off. I called the store minutes later explaining my frustration to the manager Oscar or whatever his name is. His excuse was they had a big order and couldnt park the car. No sympathy no apology. Nothing. And considering Ive worked for the taco bell on wiles since it opened in 2013 you would think the customer service wouldve been more satisfying. Unfortunately, not. Do not go to this location for your food.

First time at new location drive-thru. The boy taking orders seemed frustrated by something and was passive-aggressively rude. I asked how he was doing, he said "Great!" in a sarcastic way. He handed the drink and food items out the window without saying a word, and never even asked if or what kind of sauce I wanted. When I said "Thank you, have a great night!" He just gave me a blank stare without saying a word. Now Im just hoping he didnt take whatever issue hes having out on my food. Maybe its because it was around Midnight and the location became suddenly busy. The world may never know.

I was excited for this new location. However my favorite item in the menu is the chalupa combo and both times I have gone, my order is wayy too over fried (chalupa bread) it is too crunchy and hard, doesnt even feel like the original chalupa bread I guess Ill have to go back to the other location where I normally go.

I came here pretty late after my own shift at work to get a chicken crunch wrap supreme with chipotle ... Was extreamly disappointed when my Chicken. Crunch wrap had legit 4 pieces of chicken shoved into a corner ... How appetizing

Wow. Longest Ive ever sat in a "fast" food line. It was almost a 20 minute ordeal. Im not sure your management can understand how to staff a restaurant. 3 people on shift for a Saturday afternoon. Ill never be back.

Brand new, new car smell ;-) I stopped by for a cup of coffee while waiting for my car to be detailed next door. I was well served. Nice cup of joe, stayed in for a call and will return for lunch .

Similar to previous post, the management doesnt seem to know how to staff appropriately, watch school times, etc. Never been there when It was appropriately staffed. Im a previous restauranteur.

Want to get sick? Waste $15 on food? This bell will ring for you. Id pass and go elsewhere. Taco Bell is just well awful and Id take a hard pass going here or any in a 50 mile radius.

Getting better. Used to be very slow when it first opened, so we would drive to the location in Wiles rather than go here, but it has gotten much better. Nice, new & clean.
