The food is good but dont order carryout. I have had several bad experiences ordering carryout from Kimono. The time before last when i got home my order was not close to being right. I had to argue with the front counter people and finally had to ask for a manager to get it right. The last time which was yesterday 6/2 I called at 5PM to order dinner for my family and was put on hold. Whoever put me on hold just placed the phone on the counter and i could hear their entire conversation. I waited for 15 minutes and listened to them talk badly about the customers and just chit chat about personal things. I think they forgot about me. I hung up and then tried to call back for 30 minutes, the line was busy. When i finally got through, i asked to speak to the Manager and was told to hold on and then the girl answering the phone said " well I guess I am the manager" ????????? they apparently dont know who is in charge. I was going to use a $20 gift certificate but i guess that is not going to happen. It appears that the customer is NOT a priority and I wont go back!

As a self professed foodie, I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fresh and very flavorful food. When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted with several hellos and friendly smiles by the staff. I placed my order to go and it was ready in less than ten minutes. When I got home.....oh my was I in heaven! I ordered the Hibachi filet mignon and it was delicious!!!!!! The prices here are so affordable and the portions are big enough to save some for later. I cant wait to share my experience with everyone I know. Keep up the good work! :)

Food could be better. It all kinda tastes the same. Wait staff is not friendly. My dad and I went in one evening and they refused to serve us because they were closing in 20 minutes. I understand that it was late and they were ready to go home, but resturants are supposed to seat until closing time. They offered take out, but we chose fast food over rude take out.

My wife and I eat lunch much here about once a week. Typically we just get the teriyaki chicken with mixed veggies and share with our 18 month old as she will eat everything that it comes with. The sushi is also good. We are able to eat well within my hour lunch break and the staff is always very nice.

The food was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly. The sushi chef was an amazing artist.. next time I go I will definitely get photos of the masterpieces he created. Very inexpensive for the amount of food you get. I highly reccomend!

Food was fine. Service was lousy. Our waiter brought our food and NEVER came back. Never even brought the check. Went to the register to pay and the lady at the register didnt even apologize for our experience! Will not go back.

Worst experience I ordered the shrimp and scallops hibachi and my shrimp were old and I called to tell them the incident and the manager tried arguing with me and wouldnt give me my money back so never eating there again.

I love this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, I could hang out for hours. Awesome food, great service and the prices arent to bad on the wallet. Always enjoy coming here. One of my favorite places to eat.

Always good food, and very polite people. Many sushi places Ive been to seem to have old tuna in their sushi a lot, however this place always tastes new. Ive yet to have a bad experience there.
