The Sushi is AMAZING!!! Prices are very reasonable; my group didnt expect sushi THAT tasty at such good prices! Its MUCH better than the more expensive restaurants. Its now our go-to sushi place, hands down. The Sushi is 5 stars, but Feng gets just 4 due to bad service; see below. The Hibachi is really good, too. Chefs are fun, nice, put on a decent show, & definitely know what theyre doing bc the food is tasty. My only complaint is the service. The waiters are almost always slow & dont check on us enough. This is despite the restaurant having just a few occupied tables, as we dont usually go during peak hours. They bring our drinks real fast, unless weve ordered water. It took longer for me to get my water bc I needed to take my pills before eating, than for my giant, flaming, "fish bowl" made-for-2 mixed drink to arrive at my table. And they were both ordered at the same time. This one time, after getting our food, my friend asked our waitress for a side order of plain white rice to go with his food. Hed forgotten to order it earlier. Again, despite there being only 2-3 other tables of customers, it was taking forever. We saw a couple of OTHER waiters just standing around & caught their attention. We told him about ordering the rice, not getting it, etc. He brought out the rice immediately. When we FINALLY saw our waitress again, shed heard about the rice & she treated us as though we were trying to scam her into giving us the $1.50 side of rice for free by asking someone besides her for it!!! We only asked another waiter bc shed not brought it. She was very rude & unprofessional, all over a bowl of rice! Our bill was already over $100 for the 3 of us, bc we ordered tons of different sushi that we already liked or wanted to try. Plus appetizers, alcohol, & dessert- the whole shebang! A side of rice was NOT gonna break the bank. BUT, tbh, the sushi makes everything worth it. I dont even lessen the tip. I ignore anything thats rude. I pester until I get that glass of water or bowl of rice that was ordered. And I devour delicious sushi.

This restaurant was awful in every way imaginable. We went in at 4:45pm. We were the only customers in the building so we decided to just sit at the bar. The entire staff sat across at the sushi bar drinking beer and eating food. Keep in mind we had to get up and walk over if we wanted anything. Not one of them spoke any English at all. The food was terrible. My boyfriend ordered the hibachi chicken which came out with boiled chicken in brown sauce, miso soup that was warm water. I ordered spicy fried rice which came out so salty it was inedible. Please do yourself a huge solid and go anywhere else. From food to personal to cleanliness to the menu (which they didnt have half of) this has been a top terrible experience.

We originally intended on ordering from the lunch menu, but sadly they didnt have it on Sundays (menu doesnt say that). No matter, we went with a chicken teriyaki and a nabeyaki udon. The former was pretty standard, although the portion was quite large and the plate came out sizzling. In addition to the chicken, which was actually a bit dry for my taste, there was also some broccoli, a couple carrot slices, and grilled onion underneath. The udon came with tempura, egg, chicken, imitation crab, and a bunch of veggies--this was probably the better item of the two.

Waited 1 whole hour for the hibachi chef to come serve us. It took 20 minutes for the waitress to bring us our water. When we finally got soup, the mushrooms werent fully cooked; last I checked mushrooms are supposed to be fully cooked in soup and arent really used as a garnish. All in all, long wait for mediocre food. The best part of the service was how fast the waitress brought our checks. Never coming again. Suggestion: hire another hibachi chef. The service would have moved much faster for the hibachi parties in the restaurant.

For some reason these the avocado rolls here taste better than anything Ive ever had. I cant explain how such a simple recipe could be so fire, but it is. The other sushi here is just as good. The prices here are very reasonable and even cheaper during happy hour. Try the dollar menu during happy hour 4:30-7

I live in Bloomfield and get takeout from here all the time. Ive also eaten in 4-5 times. Place is extremely good and reasonably priced. My only knock on them is I think they changed the sauce recipe for their chicken hibachi / noodles from what it was when they first opened. I liked the first recipe better.

This place is great. The smell of the hibachi grill hits you the moment you walk in, it smells amazing. The sushi is pretty good too. It can sometimes get busy on the weekends so I always try to go on weekdays. Its fun to go to a hibachi table with friends since the chefs can be pretty silly.

This place is AMAZING! My friends and I decided to come here after our wedding dress search. Our waitress was super sweet and our cook was so funny! The food was fresh, the cocktails were great, and the prices are HELLA cheap compared to other Hibatchi restaurants Ive been to.

Fun hibachi experience with some things I hadnt seen before. Love that they give you both fried rice and noodles with the hibachi, and it tasted great. Staff were very friendly and gave my kids a nice balloon. Ambiance is lacking, but was made up for with everything else.

I love Feng so much. Ive been coming here for years now. While the decor is a little tacky, dont let it fool you for the quality of food. The sushi is the best Ive tried in Pittsburgh and its priced well, too. Hibachi is excellent and you get a decently-sized selection!

This place has great hibachi and it is decently priced. They have great drink prices and the chefs will always put on an awesome show while they cook your food. There is never a long wait. And personally I would choose Fengs over Nakama any day.

Went for birthday party and they did a great job...food was one of the best Japanese Ive had in Pittsburgh. Does look sketchy at first...but great food and service! Hibachi chefs were hilarious!

Staff is really nice and patient with asking questions about each food. The hibachi is even cooler than what I expected. The cooks are fun and interactive with you while they cook.
