Horrible!!!!!!! si pudiera darle menos lo hiciera, ordene un pavo para el Día de ACCION DE GRACIAS (THANKSGIVING), me lo ofrecieron para las 6 de la tarde, estuve ahí 10 minutos antes de la hora, después de esperar como 20 minutos en la fila en la que servían porciones, nos dijeron que se había acabado todo pero como lo mío era un Pavo entero, les pedí que me lo entreguen, con lo que me dijeron con total desfachatez y sin ninguna vergüenza que no hay nada, entonces les reclame, diciendo que lo había ordenado una semana antes y que no es posible que no me lo tengan cuando yo tenia 20 personas en mi casa esperando por el pavo, le pedi de favor que me diera algo y fue para atrás a ver si había y volvió con otro inepto, que decía que es el manager y tan tranquilo como si nada me dijo, no hay pavo, me quedé asombrado por tal tranquilidad ni siquiera me dijeron lo siento o discúlpanos, es como si no hubiesen hecho nada y yo hubiera ido a pedirles un favor. Con recibo en mano le indique que por lo menos me hubieran llamado a decirme que no lo tenían pero no les importo nada y a ningún empleado le importaba por que ninguno se admiro por lo que estaba pasando si se asustaron cuando les quise tirar el recibo por su cara para que se preocupen, recién ahi!! reaccionaron, no es falta de ortografía lo voy a escribir en minúsculas boston market No sirve! No respetan al cliente, no pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero, NO!!!ES UN RESTAURANTE CONFIABLE, te puede ARRUINAR TU CENA. Nota:: Tengan mucho cuidado.

Food was good . but very poor customer service its like they didnt care about anything , I asked them if there was fresh chiken and the girl didnt even bother to ask. She wanted to give me a lonely piece of cold chicken left on the tray and when I asked again the others were just as careless as her . other customers also were asking about their order .they got the orders wrong and on top of that when I asked for fresh chicken the guy said " that chiken just came out he better get that " this is not right at all . then the cashier walking away to drink something with the other employee when I was trying to pay my order . I kindly asked if I could pay ,then stood there and he says " are you missing something ?" yes Im missing my cups ! Like come on people if you dont like your job just go somewhere else but please dont make other peoples life misserable sometimes we dont like what we do but have a little class and pretend you love it . I really love the food it was actually the first time at a Boston market and chose this one thinking that it was a good place and I got it all wrong. Tables were dirty floor in kitchen disgusting and they were all in a relax mood . drinking and talking about their matters. No nice at all . never coming back to this place . Im sorry .

MANAGER DANNY A happy moment in this boston market turn into a disgusting discussion from a manager named DANNY, a bad educated person who discussed with a lady friend of mine because she have a coupon to give it to a person behind us, saying that his company dont let him pass coupons to no one, i know you have to follow rules but the way he expressed was really disgusting and out of manners, i really dont recommend this place to any one who is going to eat there, he never give an apology about his treatment to my friend. The truth is, has a manager that represents the face or prestige of your company he dont should be there or you will lose more clients in the future.

MANAGER DANNY COMPLETELY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called earlier to see how late they were going to be open today (Christmas Eve). At 5:30pm spoke to Manager Danny who said they’d be open until 7pm. Arriving at 6:30pm we find that they’d long before decided to stop selling dinners - even emptying out the hot pans & locking the registers so purchases could not be made. DANNY: When you tell people the restaurant is open until a certain time, do not shut down the entire operation an hour before.

Yesterday was my second time in this restaurant. - Service is slow (Few people waiting in line but they pay more attention to the drive thru service) - Customer service is bad (I have to wait around 30 mins for a side order) - No kids friendly (There is not changing tables in the restrooms and the high chairs are dirty) - Limited parking space and there is a terrible dead rat odor.

OMG!!!! My husband and I went to this location leaving our lawyers office and let me just say the quality of the food was excellent. The customer service was 5 star. We didnt have to wait long at all and everything was packed very neatly. I will forever go to this location!!! Because of you guys is the reason I will continue to enjoy and eat Boston market!!!!

Very difficult to understand the new menu format and the help of the attendants is really bad. No patience , bad English , really couldnt understand what they were saying and I almost gave up having lunch there this day. Really complicated in a city with so many tourists. If they dont have the patience with a local imagine with travelers.

The food was perfect. The room temperature is a little too cold though. The buy one get on free deal is really good (only on Saturdays with previous receipt) I would have given 5 stars if the cashier didnt hold my twenty up at the light to see if it was fake. It kind of bothered and offended me.

The best place to go for a family dinner, expecialy on thanksgiving. For cooking quality Id give them 10/10. The place is very sanitary, and they treat their customers very well. If you have not been here before i recomend you go its a great place to get a good meal and enjoy some family time.

Horrible, just tried ordering 40 min. B4 they close and they said that I couldnt. Kitchen closed? What type of operation stops serving its customers before closing time when theres 4 customers in the drive through. Boston Market is loosing money because of lazy employees.

Ive been visiting this Boston Market for at least 4 years. The drive thru moves quick, the good is always hot and tasty. It might be a franchise thing but the portions for the protein are smaller than it used to be. IThey compensate by overfilling the sides, so thank you!

Meh, its Boston market...nothing fancy...but its well run and clean and available in Miami, which you would think wouldnt foster a Boston market so far past their prime. Five stars mainly for a very affordable tasty lunch option practically on Miracle mile (but not quite)
