While hanging around Dadeland, I thought Id stop at Five Guys for a burger. Once I parked, though, I became curious to see what else was around. I saw that evos was nearby, and the food was cheap, so I gave it a try. Im very glad I did. The food here is all natural, organically grown, and they offer multiple vegan and dietary alternatives, including salads, wraps, and veggie burgers. I ordered the regular steak cheeseburger combo, with fries and drink, for about $10. Word to the wise: choose where youll sit early; max occupancy is 35, and the place is getting popular, so if its a busy meal period, youre eating standing up or youre eating to go. After helping myself to a fountain drink (yay, free refills), and waiting for them to bring my burger, I reviewed the companys info. They use a process called "airbaking" to cook their fries without any added grease or fat. They even make mention of their efforts to end the use of frying grease for more sustainability. Everything here is recycled or recyclable, from the food wrappers to the napkins; even their gift cards are made of 100% recycled debit and credit cards. When my burger arrived, it was substantial, about the size of a Quarter Pounder. The meat was juicy, although somewhat dry, but they packed on condiments, so the combination worked perfectly. The fries, though, were most impressive. Perfectly salted and crispy, but without a hint of grease; miles better than any fries from a major fast food chain. My only minor complaint would be that the evos WiFi is abysmal, but theres an Xfinity access point nearby, and this has nothing to do with food anyways, so who cares? If youre in this area, I honestly suggest you try evos. Kids even eat free on Sundays if Mom and Dad have a meal. Sorry Five Guys, but if Im ever around here again, Ill take a good burger and fries, minus the heart disease and regret.

Although I only weigh about 100 pounds soaking wet, I have high cholesterol. Yes, genetics SUCK! So I havent had fried food in almost 11 years. AS you can imagine, french fries are what my heart - and tastebuds - miss the most. In comes EVOS with air baked fries that are delicious AND nutritious! I. CAN. EAT. FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIES!!!! They have enormous convection ovens that air bake everything into crispy perfection. Their food conatins no antibiotics, hormones, and it is organic. Their all white meat turkey burger is awesome as are their chicken fingers and their low fat vanilla milkshake. They have a variety of ketchups and now they have sweet potato fries! How great to feel like youre eating fast food but not having to regret it when you get blood work done! Oh how I wish they had more locations!

Well, lets try this EVOS "feel great fast food" - by the way very catchy line. It is like a fast food restaurant. They are not 100% vegan, by the way, the vegan option is not incredible. But I ordered the vegan burger. This is always a good way to try a real tasty vegan plate. They really mean fast food.... because I feel am in a Vegan McDonald, where the burger patty is industrialized. The air fried sweet potato is very good. Overall is a good fast food option.

Great place for vegetarian options with fast food. The "airfries" are a great non-oily version of french fries. The Burgers and bowls are all good. They have meat, vegetarian and vegan burger options. Good shakes and smoothies and a selection of three iced teas, black, green and herbal. Also the 4 ketchups make the airfries even better: regular, mesqute, garlic, and cayene.

Love this place. The staff is the friendliest staff in the world. The place is always clean, the only downside is when it gets packed there arent many seats. Thats only happened about twice in the past two years Ive been going. Definitely give it a try, the food is amazing and the fries are the best.

The food is not bad , the shakes are very good and what surprised me is that they are very health oriented and there is a tile in the ceiling with mold and is clearly visible. Makes me think the upkeep is not an important factor for them.

Good price, good value. Appearance of healthier cooking. Food is good. Recommend. Fast. Decent flavors. Relatively clean. Seen worse, seen better. Not in love, but like I said, appears to be healthier choice of cooking methods.

Love this healthy fast food. Almost all the food is baked and less greasy than any fast food restaurants youll eat. Dont be afraid and dont feel guilty eating junk food, try this place! Also staffs are extremely friendly and funny.

Fast food, made healthy. A near impossible task. EVOS accomplishes. The food and the atmosphere are simply superb. The food is not greasy. EVOS satisfies people of all tastes. What more is there to say?

Had a Salmon burger with sweet potato fries. Not bad, burger was a bit fishy but overall everything tasted like it was baked nothing fried. Deffinatly would recommend and try again. Fries had no salt!

I ordered the Mesquite Honey Chicken Sandwich which was phenomenal and the cookies are wonderfully amazing. I will definitely visit again. The staff was super friendly and service was fast.

So, 2nd time weve come here. Good burgers. Tried their turkey avocado wrap. It was OK. Smoothie was so so. Biggest thing they have going is the vegan/organic thing, can improve taste.
