Este lugar es muy feo por que está muy descuido por que cuando fui ay es cayó una sonda y le dijimos a la debe ser la maya de lugar y ella cojio la mopa la paso por el lugar donde se cayó la soda pero no lo hizo bien y lo dejo así por eso no me gusta es lugar por si es para vender comida tiene que estar muy limpio

Had a catering order. Placed it the day before I needed it. Not only did KFC agree to do it, but my order was ready when I came to pick it up. Staff also helped me to load the car with the food. Managers Fletcher and Precious were kind, thoughtful, and considerate from beginning to end. Staff was friendly and seemed to get along well. So grateful for the service and quoted price, they were key to my event going well. My most favorite KFC in all of Miami!

Alfonso has the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time , explained a few options we can do while ordering our meal and he was kind and patient, you barely see that anymore. I hope management and corporate sees this review ,he is an asset to the corporation and the store. 5 star customer service.
