Muy buena atención, aunque les recomiendo una experiencia que encontré en Weston, solicitas lo que deseas, te dan un número y te sirven en la mesa que has escogido sentarte, de acuerdo a tu número, se evita ese cúmulo de clientela esperando su servicio , me explicó es para el cliente que come adentro, el resto son muy eficientes

I had the worst experience at this location today. I went to their drive thru at 3:45pm (4-28-2012). The lady was extremely rude, cut me off in mid-sentence. Didnt obviously get my order right. Didnt get my addition orders as well correct. I asked for a large plantain, she charged me for large, then gave me a small. I dont usually waste time writing review, but this was ridiculous. She was rude to the car behind me was well. I could hear her cutting him off as well. Maybe she was having a bad day, NOT MY PROBLEM! It is not a n excuse to be rude to customers. Your company lost a customer.

High volume, lots of waiting time, 25 minutes for a bowl of soup? Come on! Did I mentioned organized chaos? Customers from drive thru coming back inside complaining about missing or wrong orders interrupting the already grueling waiting time on inside, dont bother giving out numbers if you cant follow a simple 123 system, management seem to be absent when I think leadership was required.. Front counter and kitchen floor littered with packing containers, bags etc.. Never again

I usually like pollo tropical but this location is the worst I have ever been to. They didnt have the new chicken kebabs. Chicken was burn to the point of bitterness. Steak was chewy & tough. Yellow rice was dry & had only peas. Food was extremely dry, like its been sitting out. Employeea are clueless & not helpful at all. The food was worst, worst, worst food I have ever purchased. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY

The wrap I ordered tasted stale. Im use to the quality I get in Ft. Lauderdale and this locations quality is not even close. Also the tea was mislabeled: the container marked unsweetened had sweet tea and the one marked sweetened had unsweetened tea. The other foods Ive ordered in the past have been of good quality but the wrap today was not.

Each time I visit the one in North Miami on 441 they do not have enough employees working, es the lunch hours. Also, restaurant alway have homeless people in the restaurant begging for money, not food each visit. Seem as though the store is allowing this. Corporate office needs to visit the restaurant without notice theyre coming.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was great and prepared properly even during a lunch rush. Also, as I sat down eating my food the manager had passed by to make sure if everything was alright with my order. Highly recommended to others.

Lets just say the managers are horrible & doesnt use gloves when touching bread or the wraps; "Andres" ex manager who got fired !! Smh Rude behind !! They always run out of chicken,or sell hard burnt chicken and the bathroom is filthy !

The slowest pollo ever. I can understand it being busy but The line moves so slow specifically the drive thru. This is the slowest fast food restaurant in this area. I wont go to this pollo again because they are consistently slow

The line was long. It was so long that i could have gone home, cooked lunch, and come back to pollo tropical and still be in the same place in line. Also, the place was dirty and salsa was all over the counter

This manager needs to improve food preparation during high customer traffic hours. I waited almost 15 mins for my one dish. To the manager I highly recommend you "Go to Chick-fil-A and copy them."
